Objective Through hand account tools in the design and application of the process of nursing clinical teaching intern comparing with traditional teaching methods to study the importance of hand account tools in nursing teaching,confirmthe feasibility of internal nurse students'hand account book,evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interns' independent learning ability,as well as provide scientific basis for the improvement of teaching mode of clinical nursing students.Methods 1.Current cross-sectional survey:Convenience sampling method was exploited.329 nursing students who were internships at four top three hospitals in Hangzhou in December 2018 were selected to understand the internship nursing students' self-learning ability,time management ability,emotional intelligence level and willingness to improve their self-learning ability by using the "Autonomous Learning Ability Scale for Nursing Students","Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale" and "Emotional Intelligence Scale",which provides a basis for later intervention2.Application of the hand account tool:10 groups(n=50)of nursing students were selected as the control group,10 groups(n=50)were used as the experimental group by cluster randomization method.Before the intervention and 3months after the intervention,the"Autonomous Learning Ability Scale for Nursing Students","Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale" and "Emotional Intelligence Scale" were used to evaluate the changes and differences of the independent learning,time management and emotional intelligence level of the research objects.Results 1.Statistical analysis of cross-sectional survey data:(1)A total of 329 questionnaires were issued in this study,and 325 effective questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.78%.(2)The average score of independent learning ability of nursing students was(3.28±0.38),which was higher than the national norm(3.10±0.35)and the eastern norm(3.12±0.37).(3)The scores of different demographic characteristics and learning ability using multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that:different personality,like nursing professional degree,satisfaction degree of self-autonomous learning ability and time management ability score into the regression equation of independent learning ability(P<0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis showed that independent learning ability score and time management scorewere significantly positively correlated(r=0.466,P<0.01),independent learning score and emotional intelligence score were significantly positively correlated(r=0.331,P<0.01).2.Analysis of the scores of independent ability,time management ability and emotional intelligence level of the two groups before and after the intervention:There were no significant differences in the general data of nursing students,age,and source of birth between the two groups(P>0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the total scores of independent learning ability,time management ability and emotional intelligence level between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the total scores of self-management ability,information ability and learning cooperation ability of the two groups of nursing students' self-learning ability,time management ability,emotional intelligence level and self-learning ability scale were statistically different(P<0.05).The scores of self-study ability,time management ability and emotional intelligence level of the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-study ability,time management ability and emotional intelligence level of the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.The practical nursing hand book tool improves the level of independent learning ability,time management ability and emotional intelligence of nursing students.2.The practical nursing hand book tool designed in this study has certain feasibility in the application of clinical practice and teaching.And it can help provide scientific basis for the improvement of teaching mode of clinical nursing students.
