Research On The Development Of Community Health Service Organizations In Lucheng District Under The Background Of Aging

Under the background of "getting old before getting rich",the in-depth development of aging poses a serious challenge to China's medical and health care system.family-care function is weakening,institutional-care resource is inadequate,the community home-care has become the mainstream way of China's old-age Provision Model,innovation the way of community home-care,provide a more comprehensive and comfortable pension service for the elderly is an important content of the government and academic.Elderly people have a strong demand for medical and health services such as medical care,rehabilitation treatment and disease prevention.Community health service organization is the product of combining medical and social work,It is based on the health of the residents and focus on special people,provide convenient medical treatment for elderly patients,and it has the advantages of professionalism,accessibility and convenience in undertaking the medical service of community home-care for the elderly,and it is an effective way to solve the health service needs of the elderly in the community.the community health service network in China has been initially established Since the new medical reform,but the quality,form,content and the construction of health services are not perfect.So far,it is not enough to deal with the various medical needs caused by the deep aging in China.Based on this background,this paper discusses how tobetter developcommunity health service centers,provide perfect community health services for the aged at home,so as to achieve the combination of medical care and providing.This paper takes the elderly population in Lucheng district as the research object,use the method of questionnaire and case interview,supplemented with the research results and literature,according to the theory of welfare pluralism and health service fairness theory to investigate the actual old-age needs,analyzes the problems and the reasons,and put forward solutions.On the one hand,it can enrich the research results of the combination of medical care and providing for the aged.On the other hand,it can provide a useful reference for promoting the practice and development of the combination of medical care and providing for the aged in China,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
