Based On Data Mining Technology To Analyze The Main Features Since The Ming And Qing Dynasties Analysis On The Characteristics Of Xin’an Doctors In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Vertigo

Objective: To collect and collate relevant medical records of Xin’an doctors in the treatment of vertigo since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and summarize the objective factors such as four diagnoses,symptoms,pathogenesis,treatment methods,and traditional Chinese medicines,and use data mining technology to explore Xin’an doctors In the treatment of vertigo syndrome and the rule of medication,drawing on the experience and summaries of his predecessors can not only make the Xin’an doctors’ theory of treatment of vertigo more perfect and systematic,but also provide more reference for the treatment of vertigo in the future.Method: According to the medical records,medical words and medical theory of Xin’an doctors in the library of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treating vertigo,the four diagnoses,symptoms,pathogenesis,treatment methods,and traditional Chinese medicines were screened and entered manually,and standardized After the data is processed,it is input into the medical case database of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,and data mining technology is used to select appropriate data mining methods for the above five aspects to conduct detailed and systematic data mining.Specific methods include frequency analysis,cluster analysis,association rule analysis,and complex network analysis.The results obtained by the software are first described,and then statistical knowledge is used to analyze and understand the basic theories of Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and strive to summarize and summarize the detailed rules of syndromes and treatments of Xin’an doctors in treating vertigo and the characteristics of drug selection.Results: This study collected 111 medical records of Xin’an physicians in the treatment of vertigo from the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and counted 207 relevant medications.Through data mining technology,the four diagnoses,symptoms,and diseases in the above-mentioned Xinan physicians’ treatment of vertigo were collected The data analysis of the data of mechanism,treatment and traditional Chinese medicine can draw the following three main results:1)Xin’an doctors’ investigation on the four diagnoses of vertigo: According to the frequency statistics of the tongue quality,tongue coating,pulse condition and symptoms of vertigo,dizziness is the main symptom accompanied by fatigue,heavy head,insomnia and vomiting.Symptoms: The tongue quality is pale red,and the tongue coating is mainly white thin coating and yellow greasy coating.The pulse is mostly string pulse,followed by thin pulse,weak pulse,slippery pulse,and several pulses.2)Xin’an doctors’ investigation on the pathogenesis and treatment of vertigo: The 5most common basic syndromes in the Xin’an doctor’s vertigo medical records were extracted through the analysis of the pathogenesis-symptom complex network.Syndrome,liver-fire inflammation,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,kidney essence deficiency syndrome.Through the analysis of the association rules between the four diagnosis and treatment methods,it is concluded that the commonly used treatment methods are six methods of strengthening the spleen,clearing the liver,nourishing the stomach,nourishing the kidney,nourishing qi and nourishing blood.3)Xin’an doctors explored the rule of medication for vertigo.Among them,there are 30 kinds of Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 10 times,and drugs are often used in vertigo.The top three four qi are warm,flat,and slightly cold;the top three five flavors They are sweet,bitter,and pungent;the top 3 of menstruation are spleen,liver,and kidney.Combine association rules,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis.Summarize the medicines corresponding to the five major syndromes of vertigo by Xin’an doctors,which are as follows:(1)The medicines used for wind and phlegm disturbance are Poria,Pinellia,and tangerine peel(2)The medicines used for spleen deficiency and dampness are ginseng and Baizhu,Astragalus(3)Gastrodia,Uncaria,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Chrysanthemum,Astragalus sinensis,Fresh Dendrobium,Calcined Oyster,Calcined Dragon Bone The main medicines used for syndrome are Chinese wolfberry and rehmannia glutinosa.Conclusion: It is clear that since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the main Xin’an doctors diagnosed and treated vertigo,which is essentially inseparable from the two characters of deficiency and reality.Deficiency is more common in spleen deficiency,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,and kidney deficiency,which refers to its original deficiency;in the real case,it is more common to block the veins due to wind,phlegm,dampness,and fire,and it is caused by upper disturbance and clear orifice..Therefore,when treating the disease,Xin’an physicians focus on the fundamentals,which is in line with the principle of "treatment of the disease".Legislation originates from syndromes,prescription selection originates from law,and "live" prescriptions are formulated.
