Objective: By observing the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding and domperidone on functional dyspepsia,to explore more suitable treatment for functional dyspepsia therapy.Methods: Selected 50 cases with functional dyspepsia compling with study inclusion criteria,who visited the Anhui provincial acupuncture hospital inpatient and outpatient department during May 2015 to February 2017,randomized operation by the random number table,divided into acupoint catgut embedding group and domperidone group,two group of 25 cases each.In the treatment group,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Zusanli and Ganshu,Pishu by acupoint catgut embedding,1 times every 15 days;the control group received domperidone orally,10 mg each time,3 times a day.Two groups of patients were treated for three months,observing the symptom scores,serum GAS levels and SF-36 survival scale of the two groups before and after treatment,the data were statistically analyzed and the results obtained by.Results: Embedding group in relieving clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life is better than domperidone group,to reduce the level of GAS in two groups were no difference.The total effective rate was 96% in the treatment group,the treatment group was 80%,the difference between the groups was significant.Conclusions: Catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve the functional dyspepsia symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,the clinical effect is obviously better than domperidone.This method is simple,safe and effective,suitable for clinical promotion.
