Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Zhitong Rushen Decoction On The Healing Of The Wounds Affer Excision Of Annal Fissure

Objective: This project aims to observe the effects of Jiawei Zhitong Rushen Decoction fumigation bath effect on wound healing after excision of anal fissure, to evaluate objectively the clinical efficacy and safety, and discuss its mechanism of action. In order to Chinese medicine for the treatment of postoperative anal fissure and improve the clinical symptoms, promote wound healing and provide an effective methodfortreatmentof.Methods: Randomly selected 60 cases of patients with postoperative anal fissure, of which 30 cases of treatment group, 30 cases in the control group, respectively, daily early morning after or before dressing treated by Zhitong rushen Decoction and compound fineleaf schizonepeta herb lotion fumigating and washing treatment, 1 /d. Before dressing with observation of patients with pain, bleeding, edema, wound, wound depth and width, granulation, and the above index quantification score. Comparison of two groups of patients with pain, bleeding, edema, wound, wound depth and width, the growth of granulation tissue, pain disappearing time, wound healingtimeandthetotalclinicalefficacy.Results: In treatment group, the average healing time was(19.93 + 2.40) d, the control group, the average healing time was(21.37 + 2.92) d, treatment group, the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05); the treatment group and the control group mean pain disappearing time comparison, respectively(8.25 + 1.96) and(7.98 + 2.07), showed no significant differences between treatment and control groups in shortening postoperative pain; dressing change after 6D treatment group, the effective rate of pain: treatment 96.67%, treatment of bleeding rate was 100%, the effective rate of the treatment of edema in 96.67%; the control group: the efficiency of 96.67% treatment of pain, bleeding the treatment effective rate was 96.67%, effective rate treatment of edema in 93.33%. After statistical analysis of Ridit, the treatment group and the control group in the efficacy of relieving pain considerably(P > 0.05), the treatment group reduced wound edema effect than the treatment group; dressing change after 13 D, the total effective rate were 100%, 100%, P>0.05, showed that the treatment group in the total clinical efficacy has no significant difference with the control group; 20 d the cure rates were 83.33%, 60%, and analyzed by statistics Ridit, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that is, in the treatment group and there was significant difference between the total clinical efficacy with the control group, showed that covering the period in the epithelium, the treatment group in the promotion of epithelial creeping cover effect better than that of control group. Thus, the efficacy of Jiawei Zhitong rushen Decoction of clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, detumescence and relieving pain, cooling blood to stop bleeding, pain, hemorrhage clinical symptoms in the early stages, edema reducing patients, and creeping time later on epithelial wound healing, added relieving pain in the promotion of epithelial tissue cover when the effect is better than that of compound fineleaf schizonepeta herb lotion rushen decoction.
