Objective:To discuss the feasibility, safety and postoperative recovery of renal function of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy without blocking renal artery on patients with renal cancer at stage T1a.Methods:The data of 75 patients with renal cancer at stage T1a from June 2014 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.35 cases(experimental group)among the total patients were treated with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy without blocking renal artery while the other 40 cases(control group)were conducted with retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy with complete renal artery occlusion. The differences of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative and postoperative complications and postoperative recovery of renal function between the two groups were compared. Results:The operation was successful in both groups, with no cases converting into open surgery and no transfusion during operation. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in operation time and average hospitalization time. The comparation of two groups concerning the intraoperative blood loss((135.8 ± 20.5)ml VS(75.8 ± 7.6)ml)and postoperative renal function index(GFR)(40.5±10.4)ml VS(23.7±7.3)ml exhibited a significant statistical difference, with a P value<0.05.Postoperative pathology showed that the tissue margins were negative, and there were no obvious complications. There were no significant tumor recurrent and metastasis events,as well as normal renal function after a follow-up time ranging from 12 to 30 monthsConclusions:It is safe, effective and it can minimize the time of renal heat ischemia, protect the renal function of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy without blocking renal artery to treat patients with renal cancer at stage T1a.
