Kidney Clear And Thereby Discourage Method Delay The Chronic Renal Fail(Early And Mid-stage)to Observe The Clinical Effect

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effectiveness of the TCM therapy called" invigorating kidney and clearing methods as well as detoxicating and puging tubid treating " to delay the progress of renal function in chronic renal failure (early and mid stage) patients.Methods:In this study, retrospectively selected73cases from Nephrology of the Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM for treatment of chronic renal failure patients, mainly selected in patients with chronic renal failure(early and mid-stage)patients (renal insufficiency compensation and decompesation,with serum creatinine<443umol/L). Observe the indicators and changes in clinical symptoms of the73patients after the "Kidney clear and Thereby discourage method"treatment, the observe time was2years, collect before and after treatment serum Scr, BUN, UA, CHO, TG, HB, RBC datas were retrospectively analyzed in the observation period (one month, six months,twelve months,eightheen months.twenty-four months) growth rate, stable rate, half growth rate, doubling the rate, while the collection of changes in clinical symptoms were analyzed statistically.Results:①The total effect:This clinical study results show that by" Kidney clear and Thereby discourage method"with the basic treatment,73cases of chronic renal failure patients with a total effective rate of98.63%.②73cases of chronic renal failure patients were treated for twenty-four months than newly diagnosed,malaise and fatigue such as TCM clinical symptoms improved significantly, TCM symptoms of clinical integral difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).③73cases of chronic renal failure patients showed a negative growth of Scr after the treatment, growth rates of TG, CHO, UA, HB, RBC were not obvious, BUN is basically stable.④73cases of chronic renal failure patients during treatment showd that the stable rates of BUN, Scr,UA,RBC,HB exceeded80%.⑤73cases of chronic renal failure patients treated by twenty-four months with newly diagnosed compared to the observed indicators of half growth rate and doubling the rate were both lower than10%, most values were in the stable range.The negative stable rates of BUN,Scr,UA,TG were more than50%,which showed a downward trend;the positive growth rates of HB,RBC were more than60%, showed an upward trend.Conclusion:"Kidney clear and Thereby discourage method"shows a statistical significance in the impovement of the renal function, clinical symptoms, BUN、Scr、UA、 TG、 CHO levels and anemia of patients with chronic (early and mid-stage) renal failure,suggesting that "Kidney clear and Thereby discourage method" could delay the progression of renal failure in chronic renal failure (early and mid-stage)patients.
