ObjectiveBy exploring the clinical improvement of time-space acupuncture lingguiguo eight method in the treatment of liver-spleen-deficiency type of cancer fatigue, this paper discusses the efficacy and superiority of time-space acupuncture lingguiguo eight method in the treatment of liver-spleen-deficiency type of cancer fatigue, looks for the treatment of breast cancer liver-spleen-deficiency type of cancer fatigue, and provides evidence-based medical evidence.MethodsAccording to inclusion and exclusion criteria,72 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency after postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Before and after treatment, the hospital HADs anxiety and depression scale and multi-dimensional mfi-20 score were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups, and the difference in efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results1.The differences in age and body temperature between the two groups indicated that there was no statistical significance in age, body temperature, heart rate, number of chemotherapy, prescription of chemotherapy and the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.The HADs anxiety and depression score and mfi-20 score in the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant compared with those before treatment on the premise that the efficacy evaluation time was the same after treatment(P < 0.05).The symptoms of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of HADs and mfi-20 scores in the two groups at the same time point of efficacy evaluation was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,including 26 cases with obvious effect,7 cases with effective effect and 2 cases with ineffective effect. In the control group, there were 19 effective cases,9 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases, the effective rate was 81%.By rank-sum test, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.ConclusionThis clinical study on postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer-related fatigue under the same chemotherapy regimens in patients with clinical observation,it is concluded that space and time spirit acupuncture turtle eight method can improve the patient's anxiety depression, improve the symptoms of patients with CRF,significantly reduce weary of each dimension,non-toxic side effects, security is good, can be used as further promotion, also can be used as a large sample of clinical trials further observed treatment.
