Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment Of Dryness Injury Nasal Haggard Clinical Effect Observation

Objective:Use clear dry nasal tonga subtraction fumigation,to evaluate treatment of dry evil the nasal type from disease(drying rhinitis),the clinical curative effect and security of the authentication of TCM fumigation treatment of nasal from nasal cavity(drying rhinitis)feasibility,for clinical observation and treatment of the disease provides a new way of thinking and new ways.Methods:A total of 80 patients with nasal nasal rhinitis(dry rhinitis)who met the standard were collected from the otolaryngology outpatient department of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,72 patients completed the observation of efficacy,and 8patients were detached and excluded.Divided into 2 groups,36 cases in the experimental group,Qingzaorunbi decoction plus fumigation treatment;36 cases in the control group,Birunkang physiological seawater nasal spray treatment,continuous medication for 14 days.Record the scores of the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and signs of the examinee in the three stages of initial diagnosis,7 days after treatment(day 8),and 14 days after treatment(day 15).SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis of the results,comparative analysis of the scores before and after treatment and the scores between the groups,so as to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods for patients with dryness and nasal nasal rhinitis(dry rhinitis).Result:1.Total effective rate: The total effective rate in the test group was 88.9%,including4 cases cured,25 cases markedly effective,3 cases effective,and 4 cases ineffective;the total effective rate in the control group was 77.8%,including 0 cases cured ineffective and12 cases markedly effective,16 cases were effective,8 cases were invalid;the effect of the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Before the treatment,the general data(gender,age,course of disease,past medical history)of the patients in the test group and the control group were compared between groups.After relevant statistical analysis,the differences were not statistically significant,P>0.05,and were comparable;3.Comparison of symptom and sign scores between the two groups before treatment:The mean difference in symptom and sign between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable;4.Comparison of symptom and sign scores between the two groups after treatment:After 7 days and 14 days after treatment,the mean values of symptoms and signs were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Qingzao Runbi Decoction with reduced fumigation has a good therapeutic effect on dry nasal nasal sinus(dry rhinitis)and can be used in clinical promotion.
