Yinqiaoqingbi Capsule Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Children Acute Nose Deep

Objectives:Appraise the treatment effect of Yingqiaoqingbi capsules on lung-heat type of children acute sinusitis objectively.Approaches:Adopting randomized-controlled trial, 60 children' cases of long-heat type acute sinusitis were divided into “Yingqiaoqingbi capsules treatment group(30cases) and “cefixime capsules” control group(30 cases), consecutive application respectively for 10 days. Observe the conditions of symptoms and signs of the two groups after treatment and difference in gradation. Then make a statistical analysis of all test data with statistical software SPSS22.0.Results:(1)ORR of the treatment group and contract group are 93.3% and 83.3%respectively. There is no significant difference between the two groups(p>0. 05),which states that the overall clinical effect is almost the same.(2)There is no significant difference in the symptom score t of each individual event of the two groups before treatment(p>0. 05).It Shows there was no difference in the symptom score of each individual event of the two groups before treatment. After 10-day treatment, there was difference in the symptom score of nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, Nasal mucosa congestion/ hypertrophy of nasal turbinates of the patients between treatment group and control group(p<0.05). But there was no obvious difference in the symptom score of headache and hyposmia(p>0. 05).It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group on the drug efficacy to the symptom score of nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, Nasal mucosa congestion/ hypertrophy of nasal turbinates. However there was no difference in the symptom score of headache and hyposmia.Conclusion:Yingqiaoqingbi capsules have good clinical effect on the treatment of lung-heat type acute sinusitis of children and have more advantages on the improvement of nasal discharge, Nasal mucosa congestion/ hypertrophy of nasal turbinates.
