| Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the traditional decoction of xiaochaihu decoction and the modern decoction summarized by the tutor.recorded in the "Chinese pharmacopoeia" party of baicalin of radix scutellariae,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,ferulic acid as testing indexes,two kinds of chemical composition of the two component quantitative analysis are carried out to observe the change of its content,in order to support different decocting methods will lead to the change of precipitation different composition content in the medicinal broth,one the difference of curative effect,and whether the two ingredients for the active components of your cough,at the same time also prompted the healer focused on decoction method,in order to further improve the clinical curative effect.Methods of study:1.Clinical research methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,the patients who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria were randomly divided into group.For the two groups of cases,the single symptom score of TCM,the total score of TCM symptoms,the effective rate,the VAS score and so on were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.2.Experimental methods for quantitative component analysis:Add or subtract Bupleurum Fructus Aurantii decoction by two decoction methods according to thefollowing methods to take corresponding statistical analysis of the general clinical data(sex,age,course of disease),single symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,total score of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,effective rate,VAS score and safety index of the patients in the two groups before the beginning of treatment in this clinical study showed that: P>0.05 was comparab.1.2 As for the curative effect of TCM:(1)After treatment,the individual symptom scores of TCM in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).(2)after treatment,the control group was better than the experimental group(P<0.05)in improving symptoms such as cough,expectoration and itching after stimulation at night,exercise and cold air,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in terms of symptoms such as daytime cough,dry pharynx,bitter.mouth and chest tightness,and the curative effect was comparable(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome could be significantly decreased(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the improvement of total TCM syndrome score in the two groups was better than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).1.3 In the comparison of VAS score and overall curative effect:(1)The VAS scores of the patients in the control group and the experimental group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01).(2)The VAS score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the VAS group after treatment,indicating that the effect of the control group was better than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 88.9%,and the effective rate of the experimental group was 85.3%,so the effect of the control group after treatment was better than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).1.4 Safety indicators:There was no difference in the safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment.2.Results of quantitative component analysis:Traditional small bupleurum decoction method is used to the baicalin content in liquid(peak of 14355418)and the content of ferulic acid(1180638)peak is significantly higher than the tutor modern decoction method is used to the baicalin content in liquid(peak of 8285222)and the content of ferulic acid(peak of 476698),thus the baicalin and ferulic acid dissolution is closely related to Chinese medicine decoction method,baicalin and ferulic acid may not be the main components of the prescription for cough.Conclusion: Add and subtract Bupleurum Fructus Aurantii Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cough after infection,reduce the economic and living burden of patients;can effectively reduce TCM symptom score,VAS score;but from the research data found that the tutor modern decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction is significantly better than Xiaochaihu decoction of traditional decoction of traditional Chinese medicine;and in addition to two patients with loose stool,the medicament has no obvious effect on the patient's liver and kidney function,urine routine,blood routine,stool routine and other safety indicators,good safety.According to the pharmacological results,the contents of baicalin and feruli cacid in the traditional decoction of Xiaochaihu decoction The results showed that the content of the two substances was closely related to the decoction.Baicalin and ferulic acidmay not be the main components in the prescription. |
