Treatment Of Wind Heat With Sangju Drink Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Excessive Blepharochrosis

Objective: The clinical efficacy and safety of Sangjujingjian decoction in treating the wind-heat-biased blepharoplasty were observed.By comparing the changes of TCM symptoms and signs before and after treatment,this paper discusses the clinical effect of Sanju Jingjian decoction combined with internal fumigation and washing in treating palpebral chords rot,which provides a new direction and idea for further research and treatment.Methods: The patients with blepharitis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups(32 cases in control group and 31 cases in treatment group).The control group was treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment,blepharoplasty and hot compress.The course of treatment was28 days and 14 days as a course of treatment.The clinical symptom score and clinical signs were recorded before and after treatment,and all the data were judged by statistical method.Results:(1)Evaluation of curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.76%,which was higher than that of the control group 81.2%.The improvement of the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Clinical signs:After treatment,both groups could improve the signs of the patients.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Sangju Jingfang decoction combined with fumigation and washing can relieve eye burning,itching,photophobia and tears in patients with blepharitis,reduce palpebral inflammation,improve meibomian gland function and prolong tear film rupture time.Compared with the eye ointment,cleaning the eyelid margin and hot compress,thecurative effect is more ideal.(2)The safety of Sangju Jingfang decoction combined with fumigation and washing is good.
