Effect Of Huoxuexiaozhong Prescription Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation And Washing On The Treatment Effect After TKA

Objective Through oral Huoxuexiaozhong prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on TKA postoperative rehabilitation adjuvant therapy,To observe the changes of CRP,DD laboratory test indicators,postoperative limb wound pain,swelling and functional recovery.To investigate the effect and mechanism of Huoxueziaoying Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on laboratory test indexes related to TKA after operation,and to clarify the effect of Huoxuexiaozhong prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on limb wound pain,limb swelling,limb mobility,Function of the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the adjuvant treatment of knee surgery clinical application and rehabilitation exercise to provide the exact theoretical basis.Method60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty in two orthopedics department of Anhui Provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2016 to December2017 were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,40 cases were treated by Huoxuexiaozhong prescription orally on the second day after unilateral total knee arthroplasty(once a day for 3 consecutive days);Herbal fumigation was started 3W after operation.20 patients in the control group underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty.The patients in the two groups kept the routine treatment after the operation.The patients underwent conventional surgery,preoperative 1D and postoperative first,third,seventh,fourteenth days respectively to detect CRP and D-D levels in the serum of patients with high and low;the two groups were recorded respectively before and 1days after the 1D,3D,3W,day 6W limb limb swelling,limb flexion(VAS),pain score and knee function score(HSS).Result1 C-reactive protein(CRP): 1 days before the surgery of two groups of patients with CR levels,P>0.05,no statistical significance compared;first,third days after surgery in treatment group and control group,two groups of patients with CRP levels,P>0.05,no statistically significance;seventh,fourteenth days after surgery in treatment group and control group patients with CRP levels is more meaningful,P<0.05,control group CRP levels were significantly higher than the control group.2 DD: 1 days before the surgery of two groups of patients with D-D levels,P>0.05,no statistical significance in comparison;in the treatment group after first and third days and the control group of patients with D-D content,P>0.05,no more significance;after seventh and fourteenth days of treatment group and control group with D-D content comparison of statistical significance,P<0.05,and the control group was seventh,fourteenth days D-D levels were significantly higher than the treatment group.3 Comparison of limb swelling: The circumferential diameter of the patellar 10 cm and the lower patellar 10 cm in the two groups of patients at different time points were measured respectively.After first and third days of two groups of patients with limb circumference,P>0.05,no statistical significance compared;7d after operation,the 2W treatment group and control group of patients with limb circumference have statistically significance,P<0.05,and the treatment group in the 7d and 2W of the limb swelling degree was better than the control group.4 Comparison of limb flexion:The maximum flexion degree of the knee joint was compared at different time points after the operation.Before surgery,compared two groups of patients with limb flexion degree,P>0.05,no statistical significance;postoperative 3W,5W treatment group and control group the knee flexion degree,with statistically significance,P<0.05,maximum flexion and limb of patients in the treatment group were higher than the control group.5 VAS score:After first days,third days,two groups of patients with pain VAS score had no statistical significance compared,P>0.05;the treatment group and the control group of patients after seventh days,third weeks and 5 weeks,VAS score was statistically significant,P<0.05;and the patients in the treatment group VAS score lower than the control group.6 HSS score: Two groups of patients with preoperative HSS score of knee joint function had no significant difference,P>0.05;the two groups of patients after 1 days of 3W,5W and preoperative HSS score,postoperative were higher than those before operation,P<0.05,is more meaningful;the treatment group patients with postoperative 3W,5W compared with the control group,HSS score higher than the control group,there was significance comparison,P<0.05.Conclusion1 Huoxuexiaozhong prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of knee replacement patients can reduce serum levels of CRP,DD,can alleviate the total knee arthroplasty surgery to bring limb pain and reduce the patient's postoperative limbs Swelling and other postoperative complications,clinical TKA postoperative patients with pain and swelling and other common problems have a certain therapeutic effect,to help patients with physical and functional rehabilitation.2 Huoxuexiaozhong prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation will help improve functional rehabilitation of patients after exercise,this combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of effective,simple,safe and should be applied to the rehabilitation of patients with orthopedic surgery.
