| Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Proprietary Chinese medicine hao qin hua shi kou fu ye?traditional Chinese medicine(sophora,borneol)fumigation in treatment of blepharositis(splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome),And to evaluate its effectiveness,Explore its action mechanism.Methods: Strictly in accordance with including and exclusion criteria,103 patients suffered by blepharositis(damp-heat endoretention syndrome)were enrolled and treated in the Eye clinic of affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of TCM From February2017 to January 2018.According to the order of treatment,randomly divided into control group,test group 1 and test group 2.Each group was treated with the basic treatment(after the physiological saline cleaning of the palpebral margin,the external application of erythromycin eye ointment),Control group was treated with the basic treatment?pure distilled water eye fumigation;The test group 1 was treated with the basic treatment and traditional Chinese medicine(sophora,borneol)fumigation.The test group 2 was treated with the basic treatment?traditional Chinese medicine(sophora,borneol)fumigation and hao qin hua shi kou fu ye.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.To observe the clinical symptoms and signs of clinical symptoms and signs of western medicine before and after treatment.Results:(1)Before treatment,the differences had no statistical significance in the Ordinary materials such as gender,age,Comparison of correlation index like Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine,Tear film break-up timebetween three groups(P>0.05),the three groups have equilibrium comparability.(2)After the treatment,Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine were obviously alleviated,Tear film break-up time extended significantly Improveed.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The efficacy of TCM:The marked improvement rate of test group 1 is18.18%,28.12% for the group 2 and 3.3% for the control group after treatment.The effective rate of experimental group 1 is 36.36%,43.75% for the group 2 and 30% for the control group after treatment.The total effective rate of experimental group 1 is54.54%,71.87% for the group 2 and 33.33% for the control group after treatment.Three groups was pairwise comparison after the treatment,Compared with the control group,the difference between the test group 1 and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05);Compared with the test group 2,the difference between the experimental group 1and the experimental group 2 was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the test group 2,the difference between the test group 1 and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the effect of experimental group 2 was better than control group and the test group 1,the test group 1 was better than control group.(4)The efficacy of western medicine:The marked improvement rate of experimental group 1 is 53.84%,9.6% for the group 2 and 29.41% for the control group after treatment.The effective rate of experimental group 1 is 36.53%,57.69% for the group 2 and 54.9% for the control group after treatment.The total effective rate of experimental group 1 is 90.38%,67.3% for the group 2 and 84.61% for the control group after treatment.Three groups was pairwise comparison after the treatment,Compared with the control group,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the experimental group 2,the difference between the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 was statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group 2 and the control group(P>0.05);the effect of experimental group 1was better than control group and experimental group 2,control group was better than experimental group 2.Conclusion: The Proprietary Chinese medicine hao qin hua shi kou fu ye combined traditional Chinese medicine(sophora,borneol)fumigation for blepharositis(damp-heat endoretention syndrome)has the exact clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the patient's eye discomfort and systemic clinical symptoms,has good clinical applicationvalue,it can be used as an effective means and Popularization and application for the treatment of blepharositis(damp-heat endoretention syndrome). |
