Governance Recent, Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease In Chinese Medicine

Objective: To summarize the development of internal treatment of Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(Chronic PID) ;To observe the clinical curative effect of Huahong tablets and Fukeqianjin tablets,which are used to treat dampness-heat combinning with blood stasis syndrome of Chronic PID.Method: To overview the general situation of the epidemiology, pathogenic facts,pathogenesis, correlative research of mechanism and efficiency of Chinese patent medicines of Chronic PID. We collected 180 cases of Chronic PID in 3 centres. Usage:Huahong tablets,5 tablets ,Tid; Fukeqianjin tablets,6 tablets,Tid. After 21 days as one period of treatment , comparing the differentiations of symptoms and physical signs with treating before.Result: There are about 10 types of syndromes of Chronic PID. Mostly Chinese patent medicines of Chronic PID aimed at dampness-heat combinning with blood stasis syndrome . As a clinical result, the total cure and prominent efficiency ratio of Huahong tablets group is 41.11%,the total efficiency ratio is 92.22% ; the total cure and prominent efficiency ratio of Fukeqianjin tablets group is 20.00%,the total efficiency ratio is 85.56%.Both Huahong tablets and Fukeqianjin tablets can improve the patients's symptoms and physical signs prominently (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The pathogenesis of CPID is complicated, the fundamental syndrome is dampness-heat combinning with blood stasis syndrome . Nowadays treatment which bases on the combination of disease identification and syndrome differentiation is the basic means of internal treatment. The two kinds of Chinese patent medicines are both effective for the fundamental syndrome. Huahong tablets lays particular stress on excess syndrome,while Fukeqianjin tablets lays particular stress on qi-deficiency syndrome.
