Clinical Observation Of Combined Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine On Pre-pregnancy Intervention In The Pre-thrombotic State Of Recurrent Abortion

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shou Taiwan hetaohong siwu decoction plus guizhi tucing pill plus aspirin pre-pregnancy intervention on the pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion.Methods: The outpatients and inpatients of recurrent abortion with pre-thrombotic state who met the inclusion criteria were selected from yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and kunming maternal and child health hospital from December 2018 to March 2020.A total of 90 cases were randomly divided into integrated traditional and western medicine group,Chinese medicine control group and western medicine control group,30 cases in each group.Integrated traditional and western medicine treatment group: take shou Taiwan plus taohong siwu decoction orally + cassia branch tuckaing pills plus aspirin;Chinese medicine control group: shoutai pills hetaohong siwu decoction plus oral + cassia branch tuckaing pills plus minus enema;Western control group: oral aspirin.One menstrual cycle was one course of treatment,and a total of 3 courses were observed.The improvement of TCM syndromes,the changes of d-dimer,Hcy and FIB,the clinical comprehensive efficacy of the three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rates of the three groups were 89.7%,65.5% and63.3%,respectively.The total effective ratesof TCM symptoms in the three groups were: 89.7%,82.8%,63.3%,respectively.after the scores of TCM symptoms in the three groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05),there was no statistically difference of integrated traditional and western medicine group vsChinese medicine control group.The scores of TCM symptoms in integrated traditional and western medicine group decreased significantly compared with western medicine control group(P < 0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in Chinese medicine control group decreased significantly compared with western medicine control group(P < 0.05).,The level of d-dimer and FIB in the three groups were decreased post-treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05).The level of d-dimer and FIB in the integrated traditional and western medicine group decreased significantly compared with Chinese medicine control group(P < 0.05),the same results were seen in integrated traditional and western medicine group compared with western medicine control group and Chinese medicine control group compared with western medicine control group.The levels of Hcy in the integrated traditional and western medicine group decreased significantly compared with Chinese medicine control group(P < 0.05),the same results were seen in the integrated traditional and western medicine group compared with western medicine control group.There was no difference in level of Hcy in Chinese medicine control group compared with western medicine control group.Conclusion: The method of shou tai wan combined with taohong siwu decoction plus oral administration + guizhi fuling pill plus enema plus aspirin can improve the clinical symptoms of the pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion,reduce the levels of d-dimer,Hcy and FIB,relieve the pre-thrombotic state.Chinese medicine treatment alone had a better effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients,but the improvement of d-dimer and FIB index was lower than that of aspirin alone.There was no significant difference between Chinese medicine and western medicine in the improvement of Hcy index..
