Objective Through the clinical research,we can explore the distribution of TCM syndromes of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients caused by prethrombotic state.Observe the clinical efficacy of the recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state by the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM.To investigate the significance and sensitivity of the various clinical indicators to detect recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state, and the relationship between the clinical indexes with TCM syndromes. Methods Collected 32 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by prethrombotic state in early pregnancyin Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to December 2015 according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria selection of this research. After treating the patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine until 12 weeks of pregnancy.During the period of treatment, the resistive in-dex RI,PI,S/D value of uterus, coagulation function,D-D,TEG and blood viscosity should be regularly monitored.Compare the check indexes of every item and the evaluation for TCM syndrome improvement before and after.Observe the early period pregnancy symptoms and mid-and late-stages of pregnancy. Results The clinic treatment effect:the cure rate of 71.87%,efficiency of 15.63%,invalid rate of 12.5%,total efficiency of 87.5%.The treatment effect is determined by the patient self-test table integral:patients, the cure rate of 6.25%,markedly effective rate was 34.38%,efficiency of 50.00%,invalid rate of 9.38%,total efficiency of 90.62%.Through this study,it could be seen that:(1)The patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, the TCM syndrome score decreased obviously.Compering by SPSS 20,the result shows that the scores has significant difference(P<0.01).(2)The rate of successful pregnancy achieve 87.5%.(3)The resistive in-dex RI,PI,S/D value of uterus continued to decline, which is significant difference.(P<0.01)D2-dimer become different before and after the treatment, which is significant difference.(P<0.05)The Ma,R,angle,K value of the thrombosis of thrombelastogram changed, which is significant difference.(P<0.05)(4)The most three distribution types of TCM syndromes of recurrent spontaneous abortion of these 32 patients are:syndrome of Kidney deficiency, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, syndrome of yin deficiency and blood heat.(5)Among the cases, the most sensitive indicator is the resistive in-dex of uterus, which abnormal rate is 87.5%.Conclusion Prethrombotic state caused by recurrent spontaneous abortion patients by traditional Chinese medicine conditioning treatment, the symptom is obviously improved. The effect of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients caused by prethrombotic state after treating the patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is dramatically.By traditional Chinese medicine conditioning treatment, the symptom is obviously improved, significantly reducing D2 poly body and uterine artery PI,RI value, reduce the thrombosis of thrombelastogram Ma,R,angle,K value and blocking antibodies from negative to positive, anticardiolipin antibodies and anti-beta 2 glycoprotein I antibody from positive to negative,The most sensitive indicator of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients caused by prethrombotic state is the resistive in-dex of uterus. The TCM syndromes of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients caused by prethrombotic state is individuality, the main reason is "deficiency",rather than single "blood stasis".
