| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Flat Wrist Stand Finger Acupuncture combined with Cutaneous Acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo,to compare the curative effect of Flat Wrist Standing Finger Acupuncture on acupoints combined with Cutaneous Acupuncture on the head,neck and both sides of the Governor vessel and Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule on cervical Vertigo,and to compare the difference of clinical curative effect before and after treatment,it provides a safe,reliable and effective new therapy for the clinical treatment for the cervical vertigo.Methods:The 72 patients with cervical vertigo were divided into Treatment Group(n=36)and Control Group(n=36)according to random number table.The treatment group was treated with Flat Wrist and Standing Finger acupuncture combined with Skin Acupuncture on the head,neck and on both sides of the Du Meridian and Bladder Meridian to regulate Yin and Yang,promote blood circulation,relieve muscle and Qi,and stop dizziness.Select the acupoints: Baihui,Si Shencong,Fengchi,Neck Jiaji point,Tianzhu,Neck Pleasant piont,Xuanzhong,Neiguan,Hegu and Taichong,the treatment every other day for 30 days;Oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsules were used as a control group,once 5mg,once a day,take it before bed,30 days a course of treatment;Both groups were observed and recorded the changes before and after treatment for cervical vertigo symptoms and functions evaluation scale(ESCV),Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire scale(NPQ)and Transcranial Doppler(TCD)test results,at the same place.SPSS25.0 were used for statistical analysis,GraphPad Prism 8.01 software were used for mapping and clinical evaluation of the data collected.Result:1.Of the 72 cases included,5 cases were lost,67 cases were actually completed,34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group,compared two groups of patients before treatment of gender,age,course of the disease and NPQ score and by tested TCD Basilar Artery(BA),Vertebral Artery(VA)of the mean blood velocity and ESCV scores of each component and total score.The statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference(p > 0.05)and was comparable.2.Evaluation of ESCV scale: after treatment,the scores and total scores of all components of ESCV in the two groups were compared(p < 0.05),which showed that the two groups could improve the ESCV scores and total score After treatment.there were significant differences in the scores of ESCV and total score between the two groups in the improvement of Vertigo symptoms(frequency,duration,frequency),neck and shoulder pain,headache and total score(p < 0.05),the efficacy of the Control Group is weaker than that of the Treatment Group;in the aspects of daily life,work,psychology and social adaptation(p > 0.05),The two groups are equivalent about effection.3.Assessment of NPQ scale: The scores of NPQ before and after treatment in the two groups were significantly different(p < 0.01).The scores of NPQ between the two groups after treatment were significantly different(p < 0.05),and the Treatment Group is superior to the Control Group.indicating that both groups could improve patients’ NPQ score,and The Treatment Group is more effective than the Control Group.4.The TCD test results: Before treatment,the TCD values of basilar artery and vertebral artery in the two groups were compared,p > 0.05,there was no significant difference and no comparability between the two groups.The TCD values of the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),When the two groups were compared before and after treatment;After treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),And the efficacy of the Control Group is weaker than that of the Treatment Group.5.Curative Effect Evaluation: After Treatment Course,the treatment group cured 8 cases,Apparent effect 20 cases,effective 4 cases,ineffective 2 cases,the cure rate was 23.53%,the effective rate was 58.82%.the total effective rate was 94.12% of the Treatment Group.3 cases were cured,15 cases were apparent effect,9 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 9.09%,the effective rate was 45.46%,the total effective rate was 81.82% of the Control Group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05),and The Treatment Group is more effective than the Control Group.Conclusion:1.Flat Wrist Stand Finger Acupuncture manipulation acupuncture acupoint combined with skin acupuncture treatment and oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can improve the degree of vertigo in patients with cervical vertigo.and improve the ESCV score.2.The two treatment schemes can alleviate the symptoms of neck and shoulder pain and headache,improve the quality of daily life of patients,reduce the NPQ score.3.Both groups can improve the blood supply of vertebral-basilar artery and make TCD test result tend to normal.4.It is safe and effective to treat cervical vertigo with Flat Wrist and Vertical Finger Acupuncture acupoint combined with Cutaneous acupuncture.It can be widely used in clinic. |
