Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in the treatment of nodular erythema(cold wetness syndrome).Methods: 60 patients with nodular erythema were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group received oral administration of guizhui peony zhimu decoction,while the control group received oral administration of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside.In the treatment group,oral decoction was prepared by the Chinese medicine pharmacy of the second clinical medical college of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.Two bags(200ml/ bag)were prepared for each dose,and one bag was taken warm after breakfast,evening and dinner.The control group was given tripterygium tripterygium polyglycosides,1-1.5mg per 1kg of body weight per day,orally three times after meals.After continuous treatment for 2 weeks,the symptom score,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were observed.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical processing of the data.Results:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 70.0%,showing a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.The modified guizhi shaoyao zhimu decoction was better than tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside in reducing symptom score and TCM syndrome score.2.Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of nodular erythema(cold wetness syndrome).
