Objective: To explore the second and third batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine experts who inherited the work experience and the famous Chinese medicine professor Luo Quan to treat coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods: Collect outpatient prescriptions of Professor Luo Quan from August 2000 to December 2018 to treat patients with coronary heart disease.Applying the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform(V22.5)",using data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis,improved mutual information method,entropy clustering of complex systems,hierarchical clustering analysis of unsupervised entropy to analyze Luo Quan Professor's medication rules for coronary heart disease.Results: The 511 selected prescriptions were analyzed,and 191 tastes of traditional Chinese medicines were excavated.The total frequency of medicines was 7172 times and16 types of TCM syndromes.Determining the degree of association and confidence,and discovering 20 flavors of commonly used drugs.The top 10 occurrences are salvia miltiorrhiza,licorice,astragalus,jujube kernel,radix ginseng,rhizoma chuanxiong,Ophiopogon japonicus,schisandra,scallion,and red peony.There are 94 drug combinations of 2 flavors,and the most frequent occurrences are combinations of Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Astragali,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Jujube,Salvia miltiorrhiza-Princema,Ophiopogon japonicus-Schisandra chinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus-Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ophiopogon japonicus-Taizishen.Among the 194 pairs of three-flavor medicines,there are more combinations of Salvia miltiorrhiza-Ophiopogon japonicus-Schisandra chinensis,Radix ginseng-Ophiopogon japonicus-Schisandra chinensis,Radix ginseng-Ophiopogon japonicus-Salvia miltiorrhiza,and 218 pairs of4-flavor medicines.There are many combinations of Ophiopogon japonicus-Salvia miltiorrhiza-Taizishen-Schisandra,Ophiopogon japonicus-Taizishen-Suanzaoren-Schisandra chinensis and so on.There are 162 pairs of five-drug medicinal materials,and there are more Ophiopogon japonicus-Salvia miltiorrhiza-Taizishen-Suan Zao Ren-Schisandra,Ophiopogon japonicus-Salvia miltiorrhiza-Tax ginseng-Glycyrrhiza-Schisandra,Ophiopogon japonicus-Pox ginseng-Glycyrrhiza-Sorbet Zaoren-Combination of schisandra etc.Using improved mutual information methods,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis and other methods,38 new drug combinations and 18 new prescriptions were discovered.Associate the rules of medication for the six syndrome types of coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated by Professor Luo Quan: Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,collateral stasis syndrome,phlegm dampness syndrome,heart yang deficiency syndrome,phlegm stasis syndrome Analyze and get the commonly used drug combinations and network diagrams of different syndrome types.Conclusion: Professor Luo Quan treats coronary heart disease mostly from "qi deficiency and blood stasis","qi and yin deficiency","yang deficiency and phlegm coagulation","phlegm and blood stasis mutual connection",etc.,good at using Qi,promoting blood circulation,nourishing yin,and chemical The product of phlegm and warm yang,pay attention to regulating qi and blood,and advocating to support Zheng and dispel evil in order to communicate.
