Based On The Theory Of Inflammatory Factors,the Effects Of Spleen Strengthening And Qi Supplementing Combined With Millimeter Wave Therapy On Cancer-related Fatigue Were Studied

Research purposes:By studying and comparing the changes of CRP and Il-6 in the Chinese medicine syndrome(deficiency of spleen qi)quality of life scale of patients with cancer-related fatigue before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of this treatment was discussed,and effective treatment methods were provided for patients with cancer-related fatigue to improve their quality of life.Methods:A total of 54 inpatients were studied by random number table method,18 in group A,18 in group B,18 in group C,18 in group A: buzhong yiqi decoction combined with extremely high frequency electromagnetic wave treatment group B: buzhong yiqi decoction combined with extremely high frequency electromagnetic wave treatment group C: ultra-high frequency electromagnetic wave treatment lasted 12 days for A course of treatment,and A course of observation was completed.Research results: There were statistically significant differences in the scores of TCM syndrome Il-6,CRP value fatigue scale and KPS in the above three groups(P<0.05),suggesting that the improvement of the score of PS syndrome fatigue scale in the combination of buzhong yiqi decoction and extremely high frequency electromagnetic wave treatment was better than that in the combination of buzhong yiqi decoction and ultra-high frequency electromagnetic wave treatment alone.In terms of the curative effect on clinical symptoms,group B had poor curative effect on spontaneous sweating and night sweating,and group C had poor curative effect on insomnia caused by shaoqi and lazy words.In terms of lowering CRP Il-6,group A was > and group C was > group B.The improvement of CRP and il-6 scores was positively correlated with the TCM syndrome and fatigue scale.There was no significant change in blood routine,liver function,kidney function,urine routine,stool routine electrocardiogram and other indicators in the three groups before and after treatment,indicating that the three treatment plans A,B and C had no significant impact on the safety indicators of patients and no adverse reactions.Research conclusion:Buzhong yiqi decoction combined with millimeter-wave in the treatment of the syndromes of cancer induced fatigue and deficiency of spleen and temperament can effectively improve the CRP Il-6 PS score of TCM syndrome fatigue scale and improve the comparison of the three groups of patients' quality of life(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of group A is significantly better than that of group B and group C.Moreover,CRP Il-6 value was positively correlated with the score of Chinese medicine syndrome integrated fatigue scale(R>,0),and negatively correlated with the efficacy(R<0).
