Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Modified On Rapid Recovery After Laparoscopic Radical Resection Of Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the rapid recovery of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and the integral of TCM spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,and to evaluate its clinical effect on rapid recovery of patients after laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical resection.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction promotes rapid recovery after surgery and provides treatment ideas and methods.Methods:From June 2020 to January 2021,40 inpatients who met the criteria of this study in the inpatient department of the General Surgery Ward of Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and conventional western medicine after the operation.The treatment group was decocted with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction 6 hours after the operation for 7 consecutive days.Monitor the patient's first exhaust time,first defecation time,first semi-liquid intake time,CRP value before operation,3rd and 7th day after operation,and TCM syndrome score on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation,and analyze the replenishment Effect of Modified Yiqi Decoction on the rapid recovery of patients with colorectal cancer after endoscopic surgery and the integral of the syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi in traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.Treatment group patients' first exhaust time,first defecation time,and first semi-liquid feeding time,the number of hospitalization days after surgery were shorter than those in the control treatment group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);2.Comparing the average CRP values of the two groups of patients 3 and 7 days after surgery,the control treatment group was significantly higher than the treatment group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);3.There was a statistical difference between the two groups on the first day after the operation,third day and the seventh day after the operation on the syndrome of defrciency of spleen qi(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:For patients after laparoscopic radical colorectal surgery,early oral supplementation of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can speed up postoperative exhaust and defecation,shorten the time of eating semi-liquid,promote the decline of CRP indicators,and improve postoperative spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,which is beneficial It is worth promoting for patients to recover after surgery.
