The Clinical Observation Of “Huangqi Gouqi”Decoction In The Treatment Of Level 1 With Primary Hypertension(Liver And Kidney Deficiency、Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: The Huangqi Gouqi decoction has the actions of nourishing liver and kidney, liver wind out to treat Level 1 with Primary hypertension that usually have deficiency of Liver and kidney deficiency、Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods: Using a randomized grouping and their own issues before and after the control study to equally divide 78 patients into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was given modified Huangqi Gouqi decoction(30g Huangqi、15g Gouji、20g Tianma、30g Gouteng、15g Xiakucao、15g Zhishouwu、15g Buguzhi、15g Juhua、20g Duzhong、15g Nvzhenzhi、10g Zhiyuanzhi、20g Danshen、10g Shichangpu、10g gancao、10g Dazao、20g Sheng Jiang). Decocting these herbs by tisanes machine Chinese Medicine Hospital Tisanes Room of Yunnan. each decoction for 3 bags, each bag is 200 ml, taking a bag each time in temperature. It was taken about half an hour after meal, 3 times a day, and 200 m L each time. The control group was given Tianma Xingnao capsule(made by Yunnan kyrgyz church pharmaceutical co. LTD. Forever),it was taken 3 times a day, 2 pills each time.both the treatment group and the control group were given to Improve the way of life,One course of treatment was four weeks by two groups.Four weeks later,compared recurrence times,clinical symptoms,signs and therapeutic effect assessment index of the two groups,at the same time, consulted “Chinese herbal medicine new medicine clinical research principles” made the evaluation of the clinical therapeutic effect. We obtained conclusion through statistical results.Results: It plans to survey 78 cases, but survey 80 cases actually, 40 cases as a treatment group and 40 cases as a control group.
