Objective The current incidence of occupational asthma is increasing year by year, although the existing medical technology and drugs have been very developed, but as a result of the frequent use of drugs, the recurrent onset of occupational asthma, the delay of the course of disease and other factors, intravenous drip, oral Chinese and western medicine side effects are gradually apparent, the efficacy is also gradually decreased. Therefore, the clinical treatment of occupational asthma needs to be updated, safe, less side effects, easy to operate and promote the treatment method.Kechuanning granule has the functions of relieving cough, resolving phlegm, promoting lung and relieving asthma.According to the 2015 edition of the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, the composition of kechuanning granules:ephedra, aster, the tuber of stemona, radix glycyrrhizae, bitter almond has the functions of relieving asthma, relieving cough and removing phlegm, resisting pathogenic microorganisms, inhibiting the release of allergic media, reducing airway mucosal inflammation, regulating the body's immunity and detoxification. How to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment methods organically and give full play to their respective advantages is the concept advocated by the country at present--to explore a medical path with Chinese characteristics by combining modern scientific means with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, this topic in the treatment of occupational asthma attacks, the conventional drug therapy and traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine such as points,low-frequency ultrasonic medicine way together, through the analysis of the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment the clinical effect, for clinical treatment of management of occupational acute asthma attacks to provide a high-quality,fast,convenient and safe treatment, improve the treatment efficiency of management of occupational acute attack of asthma, reduce state, clinical's devotion to occupational asthma, increased drug side effects caused by repeated drug use, improve the quality of life of patients with occupational asthma. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,I moved into Dahua Group Hospital a total of 120 patients with acute attack of occupational asthma were excluded before the basic diseases that may affect the experimental results were excluded.Next, they were randomly divided into four groups:control group, oral group, non acupoint group and experimental group. They were treated by routine treatment, routine treatment and oral Kechuanning granules, routine treatment and low-frequency ultrasonic non acupoint penetration Kechuanning granules, routine treatment and low-frequncy ultrasonic penetration Kechuanning granules through acupoints. Before and after the treatment, the changes of six indexes of Sa O2,Pa O2,FEV1/FVC,TDI,EO and daily expectoration volume were compared, and the differences of the four treatment methods were evaluated by t-test.Before and after treatment of the readings for normal test, the sample accord with normal distribution under the premise of f test?Levene test?,in the case of a sample variance equal variance analysis, and then the Student-Newman-Keuls?SNK?testing method of four experimental group after treatment the difference degree of indexes of group comparison between; The Dunnet t test was performed in the case of uneven variances to evaluate the differences among the four treatment methods. Results The statistical software SPSS was used for analysis, and the detection values of each group before and after treatment all conform to the normal distribution.Homogeneity of variance test and analysis of variance were used for the mean values of each group before and after treatment, and the results indicated that there was no significant difference between the mean values of each group before treatment?P>0.05?.The post-treatment multiple comparisons of the mean values of each group were performed, and the results were as follows:1.The average value of the experimental group was higher than that of the other 3groups after 10 days of treatment with blood oxygen saturation?Sa O2?,and there was a significant difference with the other 3 groups?P<0.05?.The effective rate of the other three groups was the non-acupoint>oral>control group. There was no statistically significant difference between the oral group and the control group?P>0.05?.2.Arterial blood oxygen partial pressure?Pa O2?treatment after 10 days, the average of the experimental group is better than that of the other three group and experimental group has the largest Pa O2 higher value, compared with the other three groups had significant difference?p<0.05?,the other three group of efficient after statistical comparison of the acupuncture group, oral group and the control group?p<0.05?.3.The mean improvement of lung function in the experimental group after 10days of FEV1/FVC%,an indicator of lung function, was significantly different from that in the other three groups?p<0.05?.The mean value of the non-acupoint group, the oral group and the control group decreased successively.4.After 10 days of treatment,TDI,an indicator of asthma symptoms, was on average higher in the experimental group than in the other three groups, with significant statistical difference?P<0.05?.The effective rates of the other three groups were as follows:non-acupoint>oral>control group, with statistical difference?P<0.05?.5.After 10 days of treatment with eosinophil count?EO?,the reduction of EO value in the experimental group was the most significant, with a significant difference compared with the other 3 groups?P<0.05?,and the mean value of the other three groups showed no significant difference?P>0.05?.6.After 10 days of treatment, the reduction of daily expectoration in the experimental group was the highest, which was statistically significant compared with the average of the other three groups?P<0.05?.The treatment efficiency of the non-acupoint group, the oral group and the control group decreased in turn and showed statistical differences?P<0.05?.Conclusion Through low-frequency ultrasound,Kechuanning granules can be injected subcutaneously through specific acupoints to treat occupational asthma attack. It can improve the lung function of patients by reducing the amount of expectoration, reducing the allergic reaction of bronchial mucosa,so as to improve the Sa O2 and Pa O2of patients, reduce the amount of daily expectoration,TDI and eosinophil count of patients,so as to reduce the clinical remission of patients Symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients.
