Objective:To understand the status of self-management ability, social support and quality of life of AMI patients after PCI in yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture, and to explore the differences in general information;Analyze the relationship between quality of life,self-management ability and social support.Through the above research results,it provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of intervention measures, and provides information support for future research in this field. Methods:This research adopts the experimental status of cross-sectional survey method, convenient sampling method from Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin province,a third rate university hospital as the research unit, using cluster sampling method to analyse the Department of Cardiology with AMI and PCI with postoperative patients with three days of self management ability, social support and quality of life questionnaire.A total of 420 questionnaires were issued,20 of which were invalid and 400 valid samples were removed.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for analysis, and P<0.05 was considered as significant difference with statistical significance.Results:(1)The total score of the self-management ability dimension of the research object is(58.87±8.69),The scores in each dimension were to the daily life knowledge is(19.99±5.95),emotion management is(14.12 ±1.34),first aid skill is(9.72±2.98),medical behavior is(8.52±0.72),disease knowledge is(6.52±3.35).There is a widespread lack of disease knowledge. The total score of self-management ability was significantly different from gender, education level, marital status, occupation, monthly income, smoking and drinking, and access to disease knowledge(P<0.05).(2)The total social support score of the subjects was(31.94±6.72),objective support score(6.73±2.16),subjective support score(19.56±4.21),and support utilization score(5.65±2.56).Social support is divided into moderately low levels. There were significant differences in total scores of social support in terms of age, education level, marital status, residential status, occupation, monthly income, smoking, drinking, duration of illness, and diseases(P<0.05).(3)The total life quality score of the subjects was(15.84±15.37),physical activity score(7.32±6.24),safety score(2.68±4.99),emotional response score(0.95±2.29),dependence score(0.42±1.26),diet score(3.30±2.58),worry about medication score(1.09±1.89),and adverse drug reaction score(0.11±0.47).There were significant differences in total quality of life scores in terms of gender, occupation, monthly income, smoking, drinking, duration of illness and diseases(P<0.05).(4)The relationship between quality of life and self-management ability and social support(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis was conducted on the scores of quality of life and the mean scores of each dimension with the the total score of self-management ability and the mean score of each dimension, the total score of social support and the mean score of each dimension. The results showed that the quality of life was positively correlated with the self-management ability(P<0.01),which was not correlated with social support but positively correlated with the subjective support in social support.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted on the scores of self-management ability and the mean scores of each dimension,as well as the scores of social support. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between self-management ability and social support.(5)Linear regression analysis of quality of lifeThe quality of life was used as the dependent variable and the statistically significant variables in the univariate analysis were used as the independent variables for the linear regression analysis. Results show that:There was a linear regression relationship between quality of life and duration of illness,occupation,smoking,self-management ability, daily life knowledge, first aid skills, and disease knowledge in patients with AMI in Yanbian area.Regression model analysis of variance F=42.480,P=0.000 is statistically significant. The size of each variable is judged according to the size of standardized B value. The larger the B value, the greater the impact on quality of life. The "optimal" regression equation Y=70.658+3.245*smoking or not-1.759*duration of illness-0.833*occupation+0.732*self-management ability+0.087*disease knowledge+0.086*first aid skills+0.085*knowledge of daily life. The R2 value is 0.465.Conclusions:The self-management ability and quality of life of the patients after PCI in yanbian area are generally average, and the social support level is relatively low.The stronger the self-management ability, the higher the subjective support in the social support, the better the quality of life.Improving the general living conditions of the patients and improving the self-management ability and subjective support can improve the quality of life.
