A Clinical Observation Of Tcm Cycle Therapy For Treatment Of Liver Depression And Phlegm Retention Type Of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

Objective:Observe the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cycle therapy for treatment of liver depression and phlegm retention type of mammary gland hyperplasia.Method:100sufferers who matched the inclusion criteria of patients with the type of liver depression phlegm retention of mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50patients in each group.The test group took the self—made smoothing liver and resolving phlegm decoction in premenstrual period and another self—made warming and tonifying decoction in postmenstrua;control group was treated breast relieves congestion particles,two sets of sufferers all took a menstrual cycle as a treatment.it totally treated two periods then observe and statistics curative effect as a result.Result:1.After treated,the total effective rate of the experimental group which was the type of liver depression and phlegm retention of mammary gland hyperplasia was96%, markedly effective rate was76%;the total effective rate of the control group which was the type of liver depression and phlegm retention of mammary gland hyperplasia was78%, markedly effective rate was36%;it expressed to experiment a set of treatment effect obviously surpasses a matched control,two groups of curative effect had significant difference (P<0.05).2.Compared with before treatment,the two groups of patients with breast pain and pain of days and TCM syndrome integral group after the treatment contrast in the group,the differences were significant (P<0.01);comparison between the two groups after the treatment,the differences were significant (P<0.01).it expressed to experiment a set better than matched control,on the treatment could effectively reduced breast pain,shortened the days of pain and relieved clinical symptoms of TCM syndrome.3.Compared with before treatment,the two groups of patients with breast lumps hardness and the size of the breast lump after the treatment contrast in the group,the differences were significant (P<0.01);comparison between the two groups after the treatment,breast lumps hardness had significant difference(P<0.01),breast lump size difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).it expressed that the experimental group of breast lump hardness and the size of breast lump had a good improving effect,and the effect was better than the control group.Coneluslon:In according to the menstrual cycle theory of TCM and modern medicine endocrine theory on the basis of the combination, choose TCM cycle therapy for treatment of liver depression and phlegm retention type of mammary gland hyperplasia,has a good effect on dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, dissipating phlegm and resolving masses, warming and recuperating kidney yang,coordinating Chong and Conception Vessels.Through comparative test,clinical curative effect showed no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
