Objective:To study the clinical effect of dendrobium officinale combined with western medicine in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:Eighty patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each according to the random number method.Patients in the control group were treated with statins, aspirin, nitrates, and sodium receptor blockers, etc.and were given nitroglycerin tablets 0.5mg under the tongue when angina pectoris occurred. The observation group was treated with dendrobium officinale on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months, and 3 cases were shed during the experiment, including 1 case in the observation group, the remaining 39 cases, and 2 cases in the control group, the remaining 38 cases. Before and after treatment in the observation and control groups, compasion of clinical efficacy, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),C-reactive protein(CRP),8-iso-prostaglandinf2?(8-iso-PGFf2?),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyd(MDA),VE-cadherin,human Tumor Necrosis factor-?(TNF-?),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1).Results:(1)To compared with the control group, the total effective rate of angina symptom improvement in the observation group was higher than the control group.(2)Before treatment, the observation group and the control group were no significant difference in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,CRP,8-iso-PGF2?,SOD,MDA,VE-cadherin,TNF?,VCAM-1,ICAM-1,and MCP-1(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,in the observation group and the control group, the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,CRP,MDA,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were decreased. The levels of HDL-C?SOD and VE-cadherin were increased, and the observation group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In both groups, the leves of 8-iso-PGF2?and TNFa were decreased.Compared with the difference of before and after treatment, were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Dendrobium officinale combined with western medicine group compared with western medicine group, can significantly improve clinical efficacy.(2)Dendrobium officinale combined with western medicine group compared with western medicine group, can reduced the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C,increasethe level of HDL-C.(3)Dendrobium officinale combined with western medicine group compared with western medicine group, can significantly reduced the levels of CRP.(4)Dendrobium officinale combined with western medicine can reduce the levels of 8-iso-pgf2?,MDA,TNF-?,VCAM-1,ICAM-1,MCP-1,increase the levels of VE-cadherin and SOD,and may can regulate oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in CHD.
