Objective:Through a comparative study of the meridian literature in the bamboo and silk medical meridian manuscripts, the similarities and differences between different literatures on the meridians are discussed,as well as the morphological characteristics of the early meridian theory. Methods: Using literature collation, statistical analysis, comparative research and other methods to carry out simple and meridian literature, cultural relics style and language characteristics, meridian follow path characteristics, the relationship between meridians and viscera, the main pathological diseases and diagnosis and treatment methods Systematic research. Results: "Zubi" belongs to the clinical moxibustion literature based on syndrome differentiation;"Yin Yang" belongs to the meridian diagnosis and treatment literature combining pulse differentiation and syndrome differentiation.."Twelve meridians" belongs to the meridian diagnosis and treatment literature based on syndrome differentiation;"Pulse" also belongs to clinical moxibustion legal literature based on syndrome differentiation;Shuangbaoshan lacquer figure and Laoguanshan lacquer figure use lacquermen as the drawing carrie."Zubi" "yin yang" and "Twelve meridians" have common features in the use of localization words. There is a characteristic, the same local word has different meanings in the meridian documents of the medical texts in the Jianbo Book;in the "Zubi" "yin yang" and "Twelve meridians",the posture of the observed object is in the horizontal position of the upper limbs, and the body trunk is mostly upright."Zubis" "Yin Yang" "Twelve meridians" Laoguanshan lacquer figure,Shuangbaoshan lacquer figure the number of meridian circulation parts basically follows the rule that the foot vein is more than the hand vein,"Zubi" "Yin Yang" "Twelve meridians",Shuangbaoshan and Laoguanshan lacquer figure lacquered meridians along the number of related parts of the comparison results, although it suggests that there is a correlation between the two,"Zubi" The rs value of "Yin Yang" has a significant correlation."Zubi" and "Yin Yang " are not directly related to "Twelve meridians",Shuangbaoshan and Laoguanshan lacquer figure respectively;"Zubi" and "Yang Yang" "Yin-Yang" has high correlation with specific parts of overlap;"Yin-Yang" has high correlation with "Twelve meridians" and "Twelve meridians" and Laoguanshan lacquer figure in addition to "Zubis";Laoguanshan lacquer figure also have correlation with "Yin-Yang" It has a high correlation with specific parts overlapping with "Twelve meridians".There are two main types of acupuncture points recorded in the meridian literature of the medical scriptures and books of the Qin and Han Dynasties: First, the meridian points are mainly face-based,mainly see the "Tomb Number" of Laoguanshan Han Tomb and the "Fifty-two Diseases" of Mawangdui;Acupoints are mainly based on points, such as Zusanli contained in Wuwei Han Dynasty Medical Bamboo Slips, etc.mainly see Wuwei Han Dynasty Medical Bamboo Slips and Laoguan Shanqi people. The meridians and meridians in the meridian literature in the Jianbo medical book have very few connections, but it can be seen that the related theories of the foot veins and the viscera are more mature.Than the hand veins,of which the foot Sanyin veins are more mature;the inscription on the back of the Laoguanshan lacquer figure is the name of the viscera. The appearance of acupoints of "heart" "lung" "liver" "stomach" and "kidney" contains most of the organs connected with meridian literature in Meridian. The meridians of the bamboo and silk medical manuscripts are mainly menstrual disorders, pain disorders, systemic disorders, and viscera disorders. There is a high degree of correlation between the menstrual disorders in Zubi and the total number of disorders produced. The smaller standard deviation and the significant correlation between the menstrual disorders in Yin and Yang and the total number of disorders produced in Foot and Arm.The correlation of the total number of diseases produced is higher than that of "Yin and Yang",and the menstrual disorders of "Zubi" "Yin Yang" and "Twelve meridians" are significantly related to each other. The number of pain disorders and the number of menstrual disorders in "Zubi" and "Yin Yang" are significantly correlated. The number of pain disorders among the "Zubis" "Yin Yang" and "Twelve meridians" are highly correlated(P <0.01).Systemic disorders are mainly released in the meridian disorders of the Zusanyin vein.organ disorders are mainly released in the meridian disorders of the Zusanyin vein. The development of moxibustion and acupuncture in the Qin and Han Dynasties both formed a preliminary theoretical system of moxibustion or acupuncture from scattered theories. Conclusion: In the Qin-Han Dynasties, the meridian theory was more mature than the hand pulse theory. The development of the meridian theory in the Qin-Han Dynasties was deeply influenced by clinical experience. The meridian theory was formed from syndrome differentiation to syndrome differentiation in the early period of the formation of the meridian theory,When "Yin Yang" was written;"Zubis","Yin Yang","Twelve meridians",Laoguanshan lacquer figure, and Shuangbaoshan lacquer figure had certain inheritance, and the difference between the five suggested that the five came from Different academic schools, the five take meridian theory as the core idea, there are different methods of meridian moxibustion, meridian diagnosis, meridian puncture, model casting and so on;bamboo and silk meridian literature has an important influence on the ancient acupuncture schools.
