| Objective:Through the du meridian and du meridian acupoints in ancient and modern literature research,aims to raise the clinical curative effect of disease associated with the du meridian,established a relatively perfect du meridian and acupoints in literature database,for future study direction to provide literature basis and clinical syndrome differentiation selected point.Methods : To search the literature related to du mai and du mai shu acupoints published between 2009 and 2018 in zhiwang and wanfang databases,to search the ancient books of Chinese medicine included in Chinese medical code(Fourth edition),to process and count the data with Excel and Word tables,and to establish the database.the naming of du meridian acupoints was analyzed,the clinical indications were listed,the modern research progress was summarized,and the indications and characteristics of the du meridian acupoints were summarized.Results:The database about the governor pulse and its acupoints was established,the description of the governor pulse in ancient and modern literature was synthetical,and the suitable diseases of the governor pulse points were counted.Conclusion : In the early period,the governor's pulse had a wide meaning,and gradually took "President zhuyang" as the characteristic of governor's pulse,and with the continuous supplement of doctors in past dynasties,it greatly enriched the pathological symptoms of governor's pulse.The comparison of ancient and modern literatures of du-mai shows that the application of du-mai in modern clinical practice not only inherits the wisdom of ancient doctors,but also expands the application scope of du-mai combined with the development of modern medicine and the changes of clinical diseases.Comparing the ancient and modern literatures of doumai acupoints,it was found that the special functions of acupoints in ancient literatures were rarely used in modern clinical practice,and the indications of doumai acupoints were more outstanding in treating brain diseases. |
