The Clinical Efficacy Of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Combining With Acupuncture For The Treatment Of Post-stroke Hemiplegia:A Meta-Analysis

Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of buyang huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods: According to the retrieval strategy,literature was retrieved from the databases CNKI,VIP,wanfang database,Pub Med,Web of science,the retrieval time is June 1,2000,to,December 1,2019,and potential literature supplement was conducted by means of literature traceability to ensure the completeness of the retrieved literature.On the basis of the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature was screened strictly,and the data were extracted by two researchers independently.Clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,ADL-BI index score,FMA score and other outcome indicators were analyzed by using Rev Man 5.3 software.Result:1.A total of 21 literatures were included in the study,and all samples were 2156,including 1082 in the treatment group and 1074 in the control group.2.A total of 19 included studies mentioned clinical efficacy in outcome indicators.Results of meta-analysis: OR=4.85,95%CI [3.59,6.54],Z=10.34,P<0.00001.3.There were 13 literatures in which the outcome index was the score of neurological impairment.Results of meta-analysis: SMD=-4.31,95%CI[-5.56,-3.06],Z=6.76,P<0.05.4.There are 11 literatures using daily living ability index score as the observational index.Results of meta-analysis: SMD=11.29,95%CI[8.71,13.87],Z=8.57,P<0.00001.5.Five articles mentioned motor function scale.Results of meta-analysis:SMD=15.48,95%CI [2.40,28.56],Z=2.32,P=0.02.6.Plasma viscosity was used as an outcome indicator in 3 literatures.Results of meta-analysis: SMD=-0.65,95%CI [-0.74,-0.56],Z=14.71,P <0.05.7.Among all the included literatures,7 literatures mentioned adverse reactions after medication.Results of meta-analysis: OR=1.25,95%CI[0.59,2.66],Z=0.57,P>0.05.Conclusion:(1)Compared with the control group,buyang huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the living ability and alleviate neurological symptoms.(2)Compared with the control group,buyang huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke had a prominent effect on improving fugl-meyer motor function score and reducing plasma viscosity.(3)The safety of buyang huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in treating hemiplegia after stroke was good,and the safety level was similar to that of the control group,with no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).
