A META Analysis Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Depression

Purpose:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture and Western medicine in the treatment of PSD by evidence-based medicine,so as to determine which method is better than western medicine in the treatment of PSD.To summarize the rules of Acupoint Application of acupuncture in the treatment of PSD,find out the deficiencies in current research and put forward suggestions for improvement.Material and method:In the domestic and foreign major databases,including:Wanfang,Vipp,CNKI,CBM,PubMed,EMBASE,design appropriate search.To set up certain inclusion and exclusion criteria,the two researchers independently selected the literature,and evaluated the quality of the selected literature.The data extraction table is designed,and the selected literature is extracted,and then the extracted data is analyzed by RevMan software.Results:1.A total of 673 literatures were retrieved,and 224 were excluded from the duplicate literatures in each database.After reading the basic information such as topics and abstracts,49 randomized controlled clinical trials related to post-stroke depression were screened out.After detailed reading according to the inclusion criteria,15 eligible literatures were excluded.There were 781 cases in the control group and 781 cases in the experimental group.2.Meta-analysis results: In terms of efficiency,11 studies were included,1248 patients,the results showed that the efficacy of acupuncture treatment was better than oral antidepressants.Patients with depression: A total of 14 studies,854 patients,the results show that acupuncture treatment in improving depression in patients with better effect than oral antidepressants alone.Patients' activities of daily living: A total of 6 studies,458 patients,the results show that needle times better improve patients' activities of daily living,improve patients' quality of life.Stroke volume evaluation: a total of 4 studies were included,340 patients,the results showed that acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with renal meridian dysfunction;in the improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the impact of 5-HT and COR concentration in plasma,the efficacy of acupuncture treatment and antidepressants is similar.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression has a positive effect,and it is safe and clinically popular.2.A randomized controlled trial of acupuncture for post-stroke depression needs further regulation.
