Buyang Huanwu Acupuncture Theray.Sum up the clinical characteristics of Professor Chen Yiguo on the treatment of stroke sequelae.To investigate the six-stage assessment of hemiplegic recovery after stroke(Brunnstrom assessment)and the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment by observing stroke activity index(Barthel index score),functional independent measurement(FIM score),and post-stroke hemiplegia recovery.To explore the improvement of Buyang Huanwu Acupuncture Theray in the treatment of stroke sequelae.Method:1.Theoretical summary:Based on the ancient Chinese literature and modern research,this paper expounds the relevant theoretical basis of the Buyang Huanwu Acupuncture Theray and summarizes the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Chen Yiguo in the treatment of stroke sequelae;through the collection,collation and analysis of the medical records of stroke sequelae,Summarize the characteristics of Professor Chen Yiguo's treatment of stroke sequelae by using Buyang Huanwu Acupuncture Theray,and summarize the rules of Professor Chen Yiguo's treatment of stroke sequelae.2.Clinical observation:(1)According to the research content of this research,Formulate the activity of daily living(Barthel index score),independent function test(FIM score),and post-stroke hemiplegia recovery(Brunnstrom assessment).(2)Included the stroke sequelae patients from December 2016 to December 2018 based on inclued and exclued criteria.(3)For patients who met the inclusion,the initial diagnosis time was 0months,and the treatment was 1month as a course of treatment.Collect and compare date based on different periods(0month and 1month),0month as preliminary examination.(4)Shoot and summarize each patient's outpatient case.(5)Use excel 2010 toestablish a database.(6)Use SPSS 24.0 to analyse date.Results:1.Professor Chen Yiguo blamed the formation of stroke sequelae on qi deficiency and blood stasis,blocking meridians,imbalance of yin and yang,poor operation of qi and blood,and loss of support in the meridians,resulting in hemiplegia,limb numbness,squinting,language sputum,etc.2.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the pathogenesis and disease changes of stroke sequelae,Professor Chen Yiguo created Buyang Huanwu Acupuncture Theray.Adhering to the Yellow Emperor reinforcing yang,attach importance to the role of yang.With Guanyuan,Qihai replenishing vitality,activating yang.With Jianli,Tianshu mainly to adjust qi movement of middle jiao to achieve the role of regulate qi and warm yang.And employ the Yellow Emperor Jian Huan Tong Zhi,to strengthen the healthy side of the acupoints to adjust the organs,regulating qi and blood,the affected side points in the evil spirits,through the meridians,which can fundamentally restore the balance of yin and yang and repair related organs.It can make the blood run smoothly and promote the maintenance of the skin and bones.Therefore,it can effectively improve sleep,diet,mood,etc.Thereby improve the quality of life of patients.3.Collected 30 patients with stroke sequela(1)The scores of Barthel index in 30 patients with stroke sequelae were 51.33±8.09 and 84.67±5.86,respectively.The difference was significant before and after treatment(P=0.000<0.05).The results were statistically significant.(2)The FIM scores before and after treatment were 61.33±5.70 and81.33±5.05,respectively,and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P=0.000<0.05).The results were statistically significant.(3)The Brunnstrom scores of the treatment of Before and after,the data were analyzed by rank sum test,Z=-3.217,P=0.01<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,Combined with the specific data analysis,the control group was higher than the
