After a comprehensive collection of acupuncture treatment of stroke depression randomized controlled clinical trials, according to25criteria and standards STRICTA CONSORT statement included in the literature to evaluate the quality. The cumulative Meta analysis showed that acupuncture treatment of PSD in the cure rate is superior to western medicine treatment, and do not have the time variability, acupuncture in the treatment of PSD with efficiency and improve the HAMD score is better than western medicine treatment, but with time variability, need high quality, large sample randomized controlled trials on more clinical verification, future research should strengthen the research of quality.
