Objective: Based on the current situation of psychological nursing intervention and the trend of cross disciplinary development of patients with shoulder pain after stroke, this study explored the effect of mindfulness training on shoulder pain after stroke and the psychological activities of anxiety and depression in patients with shoulder pain,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of mindfulness training in the field of post-stroke shoulder pain and the effect of psychological intervention on patients with shoulder pain after stroke. Methods: 80 cases of shoulder pain conforming to the inclusion criteria of ischemic stroke were divided into control group and intervention group by dynamic random grouping method. The two groups were given conventional rehabilitation nursing and medication nursing for 2 weeks, while the intervention group was trained with mindfulness training on this basis. The control group received routine pain and psychological nursing. The pain status, anxiety and depression of shoulder pain were assessed by pain ratingscale,Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale before and after intervention. After intervention, nimodipine formula and reduction rate formula were used to evaluate the effect of two intervention methods on shoulder pain, anxiety and depression. For the measurement data, the independent sample t test,t test and rank sum test before and after treatment were used to compare and analyze the baseline scores, the HAMA scores and the total HAMD scores before and after intervention.Mc Nemar test, chi square test or rank sum test were used to compare and analyze some baseline data, the efficacy of shoulder pain in two groups and the effect of anxiety and depression on patients with shoulder pain. Results: After 2 weeks of intervention, the shoulder pain index,HAMA scale score and HAMD scale score of the intervention group all improved significantly compared to before the intervention(P<0.05).In terms of the efficacy of pain, anxiety and depression, the efficiency of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition, the intervention group was also statistically significant in the factors of the HAMD scale structure(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mindfulness training can improve the cognition of pain in patients with shoulder pain during the recovery stage of ischemic stroke, and effectively improve the degree of pain.Apart from having a definite effect on shoulder pain after stroke, mindfulness training has a significant intervention effect on anxiety, depression and other psychological conditions of patients with shoulder pain after stroke, especially in patients with a sense of hopelessness.Compared with routine psychological nursing intervention, mindfulness training can improve the pain degree and relieve anxiety and depression of patients with shoulder pain after stroke.Mindfulness training has a long and important significance for patients with shoulder pain.
