The Rapeutic Effect Of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Training On Shoulder Pain After Stroke

Objective:To explore the curative effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with shoulder pain after stroke,to relieve the pain of patients,to accelerate the outcome of stroke,to prevent the occurrence of sequelae and to improve the quality of life.Methods:the December 2016-2017 year in October during the acupuncture rehabilitation ward of Danyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosed as stroke and ipsilateral shoulder pain in patients with a total of 60 cases as the research object,were grouped according to the non blind randomized control method,the control group(n = 30)and treatment group(n =30).The general situation of the two groups was basically the same before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.The two groups of patients were treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation training after a definite diagnosis.The control group included patients on the basis of body acupuncture treatment,after needle treatment group received rehabilitation training and guidance;on the basis of patients in wrist ankle acupuncture therapy,at the same time be for rehabilitation training and guidance.Before and after treatment respectively using VAS scale of two groups of patients with pain,Fugl-Meyer upper limb movement scale of two groups of patients with shoulder joint activity level,the application of Ueda Min hemiplegic upper limb scale of two groups of patients with upper limb motor function,application of the improved Barthel index scale of two groups of patients with activities of daily living differences.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of VAS was(2.1 ± 0.3)after treatment,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the Fugl-Meyer scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the Fugl-Meyer scale of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(42.6 ± 2.3)P<0.05),statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(9.1 ± 0.3)In the control group(P<0.05),there was statistical significance.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of Barthel was(72.6 ± 3.9)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),Statistically significant.Conclusion:Wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with shoulder pain after stroke is ideal,compared with conventional body acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with the treatment program,in relieving pain in patients with improved shoulder mobility and upper limb movement Functional aspects of a positive role,but also to improve the ability of patients with daily life has outstanding value,clinical results worthy of recognition.
