Objective:Assess Chronic kidney disease(CKD)in public tertiary hospitalsThe occurrence of depression status in patients, and the prevalence of depression and its influencing factors were analyzed. Methods:The social data and laboratory tests of patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease as defined by the KDIGO guidelines were collected from 2017.11-2018.11 in the Department of Nephrology of Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College.Patients with acute kidney injury, previous history of depression, anxiety, etc.were excluded Patients, and volunteered to participate in the BDI questionnaire survey with their informed consent,to assess the prevalence of depression in these patients, and to compare and analyze whether there is a certain gap between general data and related clinical indicators of patients with chronic kidney disease combined with depression Statistical significance.Results:(1)The 21-item patient health questionnaire of the Beck Depression Scale is used to assess the depression of patients with chronic kidney disease.Among the 500 patients with chronic kidney disease included, they were divided into non-depression group,Major depression group, moderate depression group, severe depression group.50(10%)cases in the non-depression group;450 cases in the depression group, with a prevalence rate of 90%;41(8.2%)cases in the mild depression group and 111(22.2%)in the moderate depression group)Cases, the severe depression group reached 298(59.6%)cases.(2)Through statistical analysis, the hemoglobin, plasma albumin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein,Hematocrit, average red blood cell volume, and average hemoglobin content were not significantly different and were not statistically significant(P>.05).The high-density lipoproteins were 1.08 ± 0.30 mmol / L and 1.23 ± 0.39 mmol / L in the depression-free group and the depression group, respectively, which had statistical significance(P <0.05).(3)The statistical data of general data including no depression group, mild depression group, moderate depression group and major depression including age, marital status, annual income, education level, gender, health insurance status, smoking, etc.were analyzed, and the results showed that There were no significant differences in gender, medical insurance status, smoking, hypertension, and peritoneal dialysis status between the groups, and there was no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Among them, age, marital status, annual income, educational level, and drinking history were significantly different between the groups, with statistical significance(P <0.01);diabetes,hemodialysis status, and CKD stage were also significantly different between the groups, with Statistical significance(P <0.05)(4)Multivariate logistic regression analysis of significant influencing factors of P <0.05 in univariate analysis. The results showed that age, diabetes, annual income, education, and CKD stage were depression in patients with chronic kidney disease.Independent factors of state.Marital status, alcohol consumption, hemodialysis status, and HDL have not been considered to be independent influencing factors of depression status in patients with chronic kidney disease.Conclusion:1.Patients with chronic kidney disease have a higher prevalence of depression.2.Age,marital status, annual income, education, alcohol history, diabetes history, hemodialysis status,CKD stage, and high-density lipoprotein are the influencing factors of depression status in patients with chronic kidney disease.
