The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of XELOX Regimen And Jianpi Fuzheng Quyu Jedu Decoction In Advanced Colon Cancer With Spleen Deficiency And Stasis Toxin Syndrome

Objective:To observe the short-term curative effect of Jianpi Fuzheng Quyu Jedu decoction combined with XELOX regimen in the treatment of middle-late stage colon cancer patients with spleen deficiency and stasis toxin syndrome,to record the changes of tumor markers,physical strength,TCM symptoms,quality of life and toxic and side effects of chemotherapy in the patients with colon cancer of spleen deficiency and stasis toxin syndrome in middle and late stages treated with Jianpi Fuzheng Quyu Jedu decoction,to evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the Etiology and Pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine for advanced colon cancer treatment and clinical research to provide data and ideas.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with JianPi Fuzheng Quyu Jedu decoction combined with XELOX regimen,since the first day of chemotherapy,oral Chinese Medicine decoction,every morning and evening 2 times,warm,each time 150 ml liquid medicine,continuous use for 2 weeks,stop medicine for 1 week,3 weeks for 1 cycle,continuous observation for 2 cycles;The control group was treated with XELOX alone(Oxaliplatin 130 mg/m 2 ivgtt 2h D 1+Capecitabine 1000 mg/m 2 PO Bid dl-d 14;one week of discontinuation,three weeks of one cycle),and the observation cycle was the same as the treatment group.To observe and compare the basic data,regional position,clinical stage,symptom changes before and after treatment,the changes of tongue coating and pulse condition,physical strength,laboratory indexes and side effects of chemotherapy between the two groups.In the order of P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results:In the aspect of TCM symptom score improvement,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 16.7%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical condition and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were improved,and the treatment group had a significant advantage over the control group(P<0,05);the serum CEA and CA19-9 values in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the serum CEA and CA19-9 values in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There were significant differences in leucopenia,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and peripheral neurotoxicity between the two grouPs(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical trial shows that the JianPi Fuzheng Quyu Jedu decoction combined with XELOX has no obvious advantage in short-term curative effect,but it is better than the simple chemotherapy in improving patients' symptoms,improving patients' quality of life and alleviating the side effects of chemotherapy.So as to improve the patient's tolerance to chemotherapy and increase the clinical benefit rate.
