Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver By Shugan Jianpi Huashu Quyu Method

Objective:Using the Shugan Quzhuo fang which is guided by Shugan Jianpi Huashi Quyu method and is own to the mentor’s prescription, to treat The Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease patients, objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety, in order to provide the effective reference and basis for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:For Chengdu Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Hospital Chinese medicine internal medicine and digestive internal medicine outpatient of60patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group,30cases in each group. Using the same basic treatment for each group. The treatment group patients for treatment with the Shugan Quzhuo fang, whose basic componented is Chaihu, Zhike, Xiangfu, Yujin, Danshen, Huoxiang, Fuling,, Chaobaishu, Shengshanzha, Zhuling, Zexie, Gancao ect. Use method:daily1agent, water decoction,divided into three times to take orally, two months for a period of treatment The control group treatment with Vitamin E soft capsules, oral200mg each time, three times a day. Record the change of the two groups of symptoms, serum liver function indicators, liver ultrasound imaging examination before and after the treatment, and then do the statistical analysis.Result:Total effective rate in both groups, the treatment group was86.67%, the control group was67.33%, p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; Objective indicators of liver enzyme treatment group patients (ALT) and blood lipids (TC, TG) effect of total effective rate was88.46%and81.48%respectively, their comparison before and after the difference was statistically significant, the difference compared with the control group had no statistical significance (p>0.05); Ultrasound imaging has changed, and their differences statistically significant compared before and after treatment, comparison between the two groups has no statistical significance (p>0.05). Conclusion:The Shugan Quzhuo fang which is guided by Shugan Jianpi Huashi Quyu method and is own to the mentor’s prescription can obviously improve Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease patients’ main clinical symptoms, liver function and biochemical indicators, promote the recovery of liver ultrasound image effect, safe and effective.
