Effects Of Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction On Cellular Immune Function In Patients With Advanced Liver Cancer

Objective To observe the influence on the cellular immune function of advanced primary liver cancer patients treated with Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction, further to provide a clinical basis for the treatment of primary hepatic cancer.Methods A total of60patients were averagely randomized into treatment group and control group, which were all given the same western medical treatment.the treatment group was additionally given Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction. A month for a period of treatment,to evaluate the short-term efficacy after two months.traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the comparison of symptoms improve and cellular immune function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was significant difference in the total response rates between the two groups (83.3%、60.0、P<0.05).The two group have a comparison after treatment on function of liver(ALT、AST、TBIL),which all improved (P <0.05) especially in the aspect of ALT and AST,the treatment group has much more significantly improved (P<0.05).2The ratio of T-lymphocyte subsets such as CD3+、CD4+、NK cell、CD4+/CD8+were all increased after treatment (P<0.05),while CD8+decreased (P<0.05); comparison between two group showed the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In contrast,control group after treatment before treatment and comparison,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Comparison of symptoms improve of the two group showed the effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05)Conclusion Jianpi Fuzheng Decoction can relive clinical symptoms, improve cellular immune function...
