Objective:this retrospective analysis was designed to study the effects of age,gender,illness,treatment,and symptoms such as the patient's effect on the smooth.The proportion of different Chinese medicine types in flat type sudden deafness patients,and different traditional Chinese medicine type,are tired of the effect of flat type sudden deafness.Methods:796 cases were collected from December 31,2015 to December 31,2018,with a minimum age of 14 years and a maximum of 89 years,including 425(53.30%)women,371(46.70%)men,399(50.12%)left ear diseases,391(49.12%)right ear diseases,71(8.91%)binaural diseases,257(32.28%)flat type,and 185(23.24%)hearing loss with tinnitus,ear tightness and vertigo.All of them were diagnosed by western medicine and excluded the diseases caused by secretory otitis media,acoustic neuroma and Meniere's disease.All of them were examined by pure tone audiometry and acoustic impedance.They were divided into 185 cases of flat type sudden deafness with symptom group,72 cases of flat type sudden deafness without symptom group and 302 cases of non-flat type sudden deafness with symptom group.The results showed that the total hearing threshold(0.5,1,2,4 kHz)?80 dB..with P<0.05 as statistically significant and P<0.01 as statistically significant.Results:The TCM syndrome type of flat type sudden deafness was mainly qi stagnation and blood stasis,wind evil external offense type;flat type sudden deafness with vertigo tinnitus and other symptoms could reduce the curative effect of patients;the treatment effect of flat type sudden deafness patients was not related to the duration and course of treatment,but related to the course of disease.
