ObjectiveThrough the application of hormones, nutritional nerves, vasodilators and other comprehensive treatment,to study the hearing recovery of patients with sudden deafness and dizziness, and to improve the dizziness of patients with sudden deafness and dizziness; The patients with sudden deafness and dizziness were scanned with X-ray contrast agent in the binaural tympanic cavity. The presence of membranous hydrocephalus was observed in the inner ear of patients with sudden deafness and dizziness.MethodWe collected 92 patients with sudden deafness between September 2015 and January 2018 in this hospital.According to whether the patient was accompanied by dizziness, there were 39 cases of sudden deafness with vertigo group(45 ears with diseased ears). There were 53 cases of deafness without vertigo(61 ears with diseased ears). After two weeks of comprehensive treatment with two groups of integrated programs: post-auricular injection of hormones, nutrient nerves, and vasodilators, the hearing recovery before and after treatment was recorded for both groups of patients;Dizziness improvement in patients with deafness and vertigo;and 39 cases of sudden deafness with dizziness in patients with binaural tympanic acid injection of glucosamine contrast agent,24 hours after MRI scanning, observation and recording of sudden deafness with dizziness Whether or not the patient has a membrane labyrinth.ResultsSudden deafness with vertigo group affected 45 ears.Hearing loss was severely severe in 25 ears(55.56%),severe in 9 ears(20%),moderate to severe in 6 ears(13.33%),and moderate in 3 ears(6.67%).Mild 2 ears(4.44%);Sudden deafness is not accompanied by vertigo ear 61 ears, severe degree of hearing loss is 2 ears(3.28%),severe 6 ears(9.84%),moderate to severe 17 ears(27.87%)Moderate 25ears(40.98%)and mild 11 ears(18.03%).The distribution of hearing curves in 45 ears with sudden deafness and vertigo was flat: 8 cases(17.78%),low-frequency 9ears(20%),high-frequency 15 ears(33.33%),and full-shoulder 13 ears(28.89%);sudden hearing loss in ear ear without vertigo 61 ear hearing curve distribution: flat type 23 cases(37.70%),low frequency type 21 ears(34.43%),high frequency 10 ears(19.67%),full squat type 7 ears(11.48%).In the sudden deafness with vertigo group, the initial hearing loss was mainly severe and high-frequency,and it was statistically significant compared with the group without vertigo(P<0.05).It can be seen from the efficiency of the two groups of treatment that Four ears(8.89%)were cured,7 ears(15.56%)were markedly effective,10 ears(22.22%)were effective, and 24(53.33%)were ineffective. The total effective rate was 46.67%;In the group of sudden deafness without vertigo,14 ears(22.95%)were cured,18 ears(29.91%)were markedly effective,9 ears(14.75%)were effective,20 ears(32.79%)were ineffective, and the total effective rate of sudden deafness without vertigo group was 67.21%.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hearing threshold in sudden deafness with vertigo group was 63.38±23.12 dB HL before treatment,and41.58 ± 21.34 dB HL after treatment. The average hearing threshold before sudden deafness without vertigo was 50.49 ± 19.96 dB HL before treatment. The hearing threshold was 34.26 ± 18.67 dB HL.The mean hearing threshold was statistically significant before and after treatment in each group(P<0.05).The average hearing threshold before and after treatment in each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).This result indicates that sudden hearing loss With vertigo hearing loss heavier, both groups improved significantly after treatment, sudden deafness without vertigo group than sudden deafness with vertigo patients have a better prognosis.Dizziness improvement: 39 cases of sudden deafness with dizziness and 45 ears, according to the dizziness disability assessment form to evaluate the improvement of dizziness in patients with sudden deafness with dizziness before and after treatment for 2 weeks,11 ears slightly before treatment, moderate 16 ears 18 ears were severe. After 2 weeks of treatment,4 ears were normal,10 ears were mild,16 ears were moderate, and 15 ears were severe. The symptoms of vertigo improved after treatment, but there was no statistical significance before and after treatment(P>0.05).Membrane labyrinth: 26(57.78%)ears had membrane lacunar hydrocephalus in 39 cases of sudden deafness with dizziness in 45 affected ears,3 out of 33 normal ears(9.09%)had membrane lacunar accumulation There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionSudden deafness with vertigo was the most severe and high-frequency drop in hearing loss.Patients with sudden deafness with vertigo had more severe hearing loss than patients without vertigo.Patients without vertigo symptoms had better treatment effects than patients with vertigo. After treatment of sudden deafness with vertigo, vertigo did not improve significantly in the near future.Sudden deafness with vertigo patients with endolymphatic presence of water...
