Objective:According to detecting the clinical metabolic indicators of young overweight/obese hypertension patients in early onset, and analyzing the clinical metabolic characteristics of this type of population and their correlation with TCM syndromes,it provides a clinical basis for more targeted intervention of TCM.Method:The cross-sectional survey method was adopted this time. All cases were selected by the research team from Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital and Shuyang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2019 to March 2020.According to whether the BMI of body mass index?24Kg/m2,402 hypertensive patients aged 18-45 years were divided into overweight/obese group and normal body reorganization.Explore the differences in general conditions, clinical metabolic indexes, and TCM syndrome characteristics of the two groups. At the same time, the correlation between clinical metabolic indexes and TCM syndromes of overweight/obese hypertensive patients was analyzed.Results:1.A total of 402 young hypertensive patients without drug intervention were included in this study, including 202 in the overweight/obese group and 200 in normal body reorganization. The gender composition and age of the two groups of patients were equivalent, and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).2.The metabolic characteristics of the two groups of normal body recombination and overweight/obesity groups were compared. The results showed that the clinical metabolic indexes of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,FBG,INS,UA and other patients in the overweight/obesity group were significantly higher The normal body reorganization, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the young patients with overweight/obese hypertension had more prominent characteristics of clinical metabolic disorders such as abnormal blood glucose, dyslipidemia, and high uric acid.3.Univariate analysis of metabolic indexes of overweight/obese hypertensive patients with different genders showed that there was no significant statistical difference in clinical metabolic indexes between male and female patients(P>0.05),suggesting that first-onset young overweight/obese hypertensive patients are different There were no obvious differences in clinical metabolic characteristics between the sexes.4.In the normal body reorganization,overweight/obesity group, the composition ratio of TCM syndromes is liver hyperactivity syndrome>yin deficiency and hyperactivity syndrome>phlegm dampness syndrome>yin and yang deficiency syndromes, liver hyperactivity syndrome is among the proportions of TCM syndromes of youth hypertension Main position.5.The clinical metabolic index levels of FBG,INS,UA,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,and TG in patients with normal body reorganization and different TCM syndrome types were compared.INS,UA,LDL-C,HDL-C levels were higher,TC and TG were lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with liver fire hyperactivity group,LDL-C in patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,HDL-C level is high,TG is low,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with patients with liver fibrosis, patients with yin and yang deficiency syndrome have higher LDL-C levels,HDL-C,TG The level is low and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that there are metabolic differences between normal body reorganization and different TCM syndrome types.6.The clinical metabolic index levels of FBG,INS,UA,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG of patients with different TCM syndromes in the overweight/obesity group were compared. The INS,UA,and LDL-C levels were higher in patients with prosperous type, and the TC,HDL-C,and TG were lower. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with patients with hepatic fire type, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity Patients with syndrome types have higher LDL-C levels and lower levels of UA,TC,HDL-C and TG,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with patients with hyperactivity of liver fire,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome types The LDL-C level of the patients was high, and the levels of TC,HDL-C and TG were low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that there are also significant metabolic differences between overweight/obese groups with different TCM syndromes.7.Comparison of clinical metabolic index levels of FBG,INS,UA,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG in patients with normal body recombination and overweight/obesity groups. The results showed that compared with normal body recombination patients,The levels of FBG,INS,UA,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,and TG in the overweight/obese group were significantly higher, and there were differences in clinical metabolic indicators between the groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).This suggests that the overweight/obesity group has significant metabolic disorders compared with normal body reorganization. Conclusion:First diagnosed youths overweight/obese hypertension patients have more significant clinical metabolic disorders such as abnormal blood glucose, dyslipidemia, and high uric acid. The TCM syndromes are mainly based on hyperactivity of liver and fire. There are also some differences in the metabolic indexes of young overweight/obese hypertension patients with different TCM syndromes, suggesting that the clinical management of overall cardiovascular risk should be emphasized for young overweight/obese hypertension patients.Accurately identify and treat according to the characteristics of different TCM syndromes.
