Clinical Observation Of Bufei Yangyin Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy On Immune Function And Improvement Of Symptoms In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the regulatory effect of Bu Fei Yangyin Decoction combined with chemotherapy on immune function and the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients of non-small cell lung cancer with both deficiency of qi and Yin,To provide the basis for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer with both deficiency of Qi and Yin were collected,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,The treatment group was treated with chemotherapy combined with Bufei Yangyin prescription,while the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone.After 2 cycles of treatment,the changes of T lymphocyte subsets,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,KPS score and other indicators of patients before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and the statistical data SPSS25.0 was used to summarize and analyze the recorded data.Results:1.Immunity:After treatment,the counts of CD3,CD4,CD8 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in T-lymphocyte subsets of the treatment group were increased from before,and the difference in CD3 count was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3,CD4,CD8 count and CD4/CD8 ratio of the group were higher than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Comparison between different syndrome groups found that the scores of expectoration,chest tightness,fatigue,dry mouth and throat,upset and insomnia,spontaneous sweating in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group;Among them,fatigue,upset and insomnia,spontaneous sweating were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 63.34%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 26.67%.The curative effect comparison shows difference was statistically significant(P=0.012<0.05).3.Quality of life score:After treatment,The quality of life score of the treatment group was significantly lower than before,and it was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the score of the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.305>0.05).4.Physical condition score:After treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than before,and it was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the score of the treatment group was higher than the control group and was statistically significant(P=0.035<0.05).5.Safety:The occurrence of various adverse reactions in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Yangyin prescription can correct immune disorders,improve the body's immunity.And it can improve the patients' clinical symptoms and the quality of life,with good safety and clinical efficacy.
