| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bufei Huaji Decoction in improving the immune status of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(TCM Syndrome of Zheng Xu Du Jie),to explore the feasibility of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the immune status of patients with advanced NSCLC,and to provide new ideas for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Aidi injection alone,and the treatment group was treated with bufeihuaji Decoction on the basis of the control group.After one courses of treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms and immune status of the two groups were evaluated,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)After 33 days of clinical trial,9 patients in the treatment group showed positive efficacy,14 were effective,and 7 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 76.67%.In the control group,there were 2 effective cases,17 effective cases and 11 ineffective cases,with a total effective rate of 63.33%.Through statistical analysis,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P=0.047<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)In the two groups after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral mean value is lower than before treatment,but the treatment group of TCM symptom score decreased significantly greater than the control group,the comparison between the two groups had significant difference(P=0.01<0.05),statistically significant,after treatment,to improve TCM symptoms,Bufei Huaji Decoction combined Aidi injection therapy was better than treatment with Aidi injection alone.(3)The immune function after treatment in both groups were improved,but thetreatment group of CD3+T cells and CD4+T cells and CD4+/CD8+ growth rate and the reduction of CD8+ T cells were significantly greater than the control group,comparing differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),explain in improving patients' immune status,Bufei Huaji Decoction combined Aidi injection therapy is superior to pure Aidi injection treatment.Conclusion: according to the analysis of the changes of TCM syndrome score and immune index before and after treatment,bufeihuaji decoction is superior to Aidi injection group in improving the immune state and TCM syndrome of NSCLC patients in the late stage,which shows the advantages of Bufei Huaji Decoction in enhancing the immune function of NSCLC patients in the late stage and provides reference for clinical treatment of this type of lung cancer patients for reference. |
