Clinical Study On The Effect On Quality Of Life In Patient With Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer By Bufei Huaji Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the effect of Bufei Huaji Decoction on the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(TCM Syndrome of ZhengXuDuJie),and to verify that Bufei Huaji Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(TCM Syndrome of ZhengXuDuJie).Methods: From December 2017 to December 2018,60 patients from the Department of Oncology and Hematology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Jilin Cancer Hospital were selected in this study.The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(stages IIIb and IV)and were differentiated according to TCM syndrome differentiation could be included in the experiment.The 60 eligible cases were divided into treatment group(group A)and control group(group B)according to the ratio of 1:1.The treatment group was treated with Bufei Huaji Decoction + Aidi Injection,while the control group was treated with Aidi Injection only.The improvement of TCM symptoms and Karl's score were evaluated on the first day and the fifteenth day respectively.The data were calculated by statistical method SPSS19.0.To scientifically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bufei Huaji Decoction in the improvement of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(TCM Syndrome of ZhengXuDuJie).Results: A total of 60 patients completed the study.After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were alleviated.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 73.33%,and that in the control group was 63.33%.The improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Among the 13 TCM symptoms observed,mental fatigue,cough,shortness of breath and low cough voice improved significantly.Statistical data were tested by Chi-square test,P values were less than 0.05,with statistical significance.For the card score,after treatment,the two groups of patients were improved.There was statistical difference in the card score between the two groups(P < 0.05).In the treatment group,the total efficiency of the card score was83.33%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 66.67%.The improvement of card score in treatment group was better than that in control group.Conclusions: Bufei Huaji Decoction has a good clinical effect on improving the quality of life of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(TCM Syndrome of ZhengXuDuJie).Compared with Aidi injection alone,it has advantages in all aspects,and has no obvious side effects in clinical application.It fully embodies the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment and medication.Bufei Huaji Decoction is worthy of being widely used in clinical treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(TCM Syndrome of ZhengXuDuJie).
