Objective:To understand the status of the hospital nursing human resource efficiency,to explore the nursing human resources efficiency related differences between different departments,more efficiency level,research the influence factors of nursing human resource efficiency,according to the results in order to improve the pertinence and measures are put forward,to improve the efficiency of clinical nursing,avoid nursing resources waste,optimize the structure of nursing human resources to provide the reference and reference.Methods:This research in the early stage of the team building of nursing human resource evaluation index on the basis of efficiency evaluation of two public 3 armour hospital carried out,using C2R model of data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the efficiency of a nursing unit,understand the status of the human resources efficiency,using super efficiency model to evaluate the secondary nursing unit,for all the nursing unit ranked comparison,the final combined with the result of efficiency evaluation value,using data envelopment analysis in the projection value analysis and Tobit regression analysis to explore the influencing factors.Results:(1)Through the evaluation of the data enveloping analysis model,it was found that the average efficiency value of nursing service and nursing quality in 44 departments of the two hospitals was 0.695 and 0.697 respectively,and the average efficiency value of nursing teaching and scientific research was 0.438.(2)Through the projection value analysis,the number of adverse events is the key factor affecting the efficiency of nursing quality,so the management mechanism of adverse events should be established and improved to improve the efficiency of nursing quality.(3)Through Tobit regression analysis,from the perspective of nursing service efficiency,the utilization rate of beds can promote the efficiency.The proportion of nurses with bachelor degree or above has a negative effect on the efficiency of nursing service.From the perspective of nursing quality and efficiency,the proportion of nurses with professional titles above nurses and the ratio between nurses and patients can promote the efficiency of nursing quality,while the actual number of nurses on duty can hinder the efficiency of nursing quality.From the point of view of the efficiency of nursing teaching and research,the actual number of nurses on duty is to promote the efficiency of nursing teaching and research.Conclusion:(1)Based on data envelopment analysis,C2R model and super efficiency model were used for evaluation.The efficiency evaluation model of nursing human resources influenced by projection value and Tobit regression analysis was feasible,could objectively reflect the efficiency and had clinical practicability.(2)The service output efficiency and quality output efficiency of nursing human resource efficiency are good,but the efficiency level of nursing teaching and scientific research is low,so attention should be paid to the adjustment of input-output structure.Different types of departments have different types of nursing efficiency,which should be adjusted through efficiency evaluation.(3)The number of adverse events is the key factor affecting the efficiency of nursing quality,so the management mechanism of adverse events should be established and improved.(4)Improve and promote the hierarchical use of nurses,and pay attention to the promoting effect of the structure of human resources on the efficiency of nursing human resources,especially the positive effect of highly skilled nurses;Improve the nurse mobility system,through the level of efficiency,reasonable allocation of nursing human resources,stimulate the ability of nurses,to improve the efficiency of nursing to improve the time and space.
