Objective:Using near-infrared spectroscopy?NIRS?and traditional physical andchemical analysis methods to establish a system for rapid detection of mineral Chinese medicine?moisture?content and formulation uniformity of formulations,which provide a new technical control method for rapid content determination.Method:?1?Collecting 50 batches of calcined calamine,pearl,and amber powder from Mayinglong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd that were used for daily production,dring or humidifing them to change the moisture content of the sample and measure the moisture content.Collecting the near-infrared spectra of each sample and establishing three types of powder moisture content rapid analysis models in combination with the partial least squares algorithm?PLS?.?2?The total mixed powder of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment was artificially formulated according to the formula of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment,Changing the proportion of calcined calamine?Borneol?in the formula only so that its content has a certain gradient,calcining calamine in124 batches of samples?Borneol?content and collecting near-infrared spectrum,combined with PLS to establish a calcined calamine?Borneol?content rapid detection model.?3?During the mixing process of the ointment production process,the mixer was stopped at three preset time points?20,40,60min?,and performing the parallel sample at 5 different positions in the mixer.This step was repeated for 10 batches and a total of 150 samples were collected as test samples.Collecting the near-infrared spectrum of each sample and compare the deviation values of two consecutive spectra in five samples at the same time point,then compare the analysis results of traditional chemical analysis methods to determine the time point of ointment mixing.Result:?1?For calcined calamine moisture measurement model,using vector normalization?VN?as pre-processing method,and the modeling ba nds were6 1024 937.1cm-1,4 771.34 593.9cm-1.The pearl moisture mea surement model selected the first derivative?17-point smoothing?and vec tor normalization as the pre-processing method,and the modeling bands were9 403.78 883cm-1,8 3707 853.1cm-1.The amber moisture model se lected multiple scattering correction as pretreatment method;the characteri stic band was1 2493.33 999.9cm-1.?2?In the ZnO content model of the intermediate,using the first derivative?21-point smoothing?as a pretreatment method,and the modeling bands were12493.31 1073.9,8 246.66 823.3,5 411.63 999.9cm-1.In the borneol content detection model of the intermediate uses the first derivative?25-point smoothing?and multiple scattering correction as the pre-processing method,9947.68 246.6,7 3985 697,4 852.33 999.9cm-11 as the model Spectrum.?3?The results of near-infrared spectroscopy showed that the deviations of the spectrograms of 5 samples of 10 batches of samples at each time point were all below 3‰,and the traditional chemical analysis method showed that ZnO and dragons in 5 samples of 10 batches of samples at three time points The relative standard deviations of the brain content were all below 2%.Based on the above results,it determined that the ointment had been mixed uniformly at 20 minutes.Conclusion:In this experiment,calcined calamine,pearl,amber,musk hemorrhoid cream and its intermediates were used as research objects,based on the chemometric method,the corresponding quantitative analysis model was established using near-infrared spectroscopy technology.The experimental results proved that the results of near-infrared spectroscopy were accurate and the analysis speed were fast,which lied the foundation for the future online monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine.
