| Objective: the purpose of this paper is to summarize the commonly used herbs,drug pairs and treatment methods of Professor Pan Jing in treating systemic lupus erythematosus through collecting the patients who are received by Professor Pan Jing's expert clinic,collecting the relevant cases of the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with concentrated herbs,using the statistical analysis methods of frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis Lupus erythematosus provides more experience.Methods: from October 2018 to October 2019,this study collected patients who met the diagnostic criteria of systemic lupus erythematosus,who were treated in the outpatient clinic of Pan Jing,chief physician of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of the first hospital of Wuhan City(Wednesday and Friday morning every week)and prescribed Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions.(1)In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 117 people were screened and 511 visits were recorded.Using Excel 2010 to establish the patient database,including the patient's name,ID,time,diagnosis of Western medicine,diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription of Chinese herbal medicine.The standardized treatment of Chinese herbal medicine was carried out,and the database of Chinese herbal medicine was established according to Chinese medicine and Pharmacopoeia of the people's Republic of China.(2)The function function of Excel was used to analyze the gender,age,number of visits,frequency of using traditional Chinese medicine,and the efficacy,meridian tropism,four Qi and five flavor of the medicine.(3)SPSS Clementine 12.0 was used to analyze association rules of drugs,SPSS statistics 25.0 was used to cluster analysis of drugs,and relevant statistical results were recorded.Results:(1)117 patients were included in this study,including 11 male patients(9.40%),106 female patients(90.60%),and about 1:9.6male: female.Among the 117 patients,there were 0 under 14 years old,55 between 14 and 44 years old,accounting for 49.57%,46 between 45 and 59 years old,accounting for 39.32%,and 13 over 60 years old,accounting for 11.11%.The minimum number of visits was2,the maximum number of visits was 10,and the median was 4.(2)A total of 168 Chinese herbal medicines were involved,and the cumulative frequency of drug use was 7183.Poria cocos,Astragalus membranaceus,liquorice,tangerine peel,angelica,Atractylodes macrocephala,rehmannia,Ligusticum chuanxiong,yam and dangshen are the most commonly used.This study involves 17 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,of which the most commonly used are tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,diuretic drugs and blood activating drugs.Among the 168 traditional Chinese medicine drugs used,12 channels are involved.Among them,the use of drugs attributed to lung,spleen,liver and kidney channels are more.From the perspective of four kinds of drugs,there are more cold,warm and even drugs.From the perspective of five flavors,sweet,bitter and pungent drugs are widely used.(3)In the analysis of association rules,the minimum supportingdegree of the second-order association is 20,the minimum confidence is 60,the maximum number of front items is 1,and the highest drug association degree is: Poria cocos ? Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos ? tangerine peel,Poria cocos ?angelica,angelica ? Fangfeng,Poria cocos ? liquorice.Among the third-order correlations,the highest ones are: licorice ?Cinnamon Twig + pinellia,tuckahoe ? coix seed + raw rehmannia,Cornus officinalis ? peony bark + yam,licorice ? Scutellaria +pinellia,tuckahoe ? Cornus officinalis + tangerine peel.Among the four levels of correlation,the highest one is Cornus officinalis ? Cortex Moutan + yam + rehmannia,angelica ? Salvia miltiorrhiza + Atractylodes + Poria cocos,liquorice ?Scutellaria + Pinellia + tangerine peel.(4)For the first 40 Chinese herbs,cluster analysis was carried out to get the commonly used core components.The first group: yam,Cornus officinalis,Rehmannia officinalis,Cortex Moutan,and Achyranthes bidentata;the second group: pinellia,Ramulus Cinnamomi,bupleurum,safflower,dodder,Scrophularia,Phellodendron amurensis,Poria,malt,Polygala,Nansha ginseng,Fangfeng,Muxiang,Fructus aurantii,Ophiopogon japonicus,Platycodon grandiflorum,white peony,Scutellaria baicalensis;the third group: Scutellaria barbata,lobelia,Hongqi,Baicao root,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Hedyotis diffusa,Alisma orientalis.conclusion Through the data mining of Professor Pan Jing's medication rule in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus,this paper summarizes Professor Pan Jing's experience in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.(1)The data mining patients are mainly female,14-59 years old patients are mostly,which shows that the incidence of SLE patients is mainly young and middle-aged women.The average number of visits was 4,indicating that SLE is a complex and chronic disease.(2)From the perspective of drug efficacy,the most commonly used drugs are tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,diuretic drugs and blood activating and stasis removing drugs,reflecting that the basic pathological factors of systemic lupus erythematosus are "deficiency","heat","toxin","dampness" and "stasis".(3)Spleen is the foundation of postnatal and the source of blood and blood.In the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus,we should pay attention to regulating the spleen and stomach.(4)Through cluster analysis and association rules,it is concluded that in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus,the drugs of invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,invigorating spleen and Qi,nourishing liver and kidney,clearing heat and detoxifying are more flexible than single prescription.(5)In this paper,the data mining technology of Professor Pan Jing in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus in traditional Chinese medicine treatment rules were summarized,in order to provide new ideas for the inheritance of Professor Pan Jing in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus. |
