[objectjln order to inherit the unique Life-long clinical experience and medical achievements of Professor Zhou Zhongying,we datemining his clinic data,so that it can service for the medical clinical.[method] Collecting all of the SLE cases in the past 20 years in Professor Zhou clinic according to USA ARA SLE:1997 criteria, a database with 63 matched-cases (243 times of therapy in total)was conducted, analyzing with frequence distribution.associating rule and cluster analysis with SQL-Server2005 software,to find the relationship between pathology and formula.[Result] l)Female took in major of the patients,of which male counting 7 cases and female 56 cases. with the average age is 31.90.2) The presenting symptom of SLE is eryth,arthralgia,rnenstrual disorder and itch.3) Of all the clinical data.the first three classes of pathogenesis turn out to be"yin deficiency of liver and kidney"(72 times) n "hidden heat of blood"'(40times) and "deficiency of qi and yin " (25 times).4).
