objective Limitations in this study by observing the milli fire needle treatment of hyperplastic dermatosis clinical curative effect, the patients before and after the treatment of localized hyperplastic dermatosis signs, symptoms, physical and chemical indexes, the quality of life, such as comparison, further defined milli limitations fire needle treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of hyperplastic dermatosis, explore the milli fire advantage and mechanism for the treatment of the disease.method According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 50 patients with localized hyperplastic dermatosis from the external treatment center of the national medical college from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected in this study.Treatment using fire needle therapy, select the itch heavier hyperplasia of rough, dry skin or hypertrophy change parts, such as using fire needle prick, treatment 2 times a week,a total of 4 weeks treatment(8),observed before and after treatment, treatment after 4 weeks follow-up with the patient related indicators, statistical analysis,to evaluate efficacy and safety of fine long hair fire needle treatment of this disease.Result1.Compared with before treatment, visual analog score(VAS)of the patients after the 4th week(8 times of treatment)was significantly lower than before, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment with milli-fire needle can effectively reduce the itching degree of patients with localized hyperplastic skin disease.2.Compared with before treatment, patients' skin lesion score(PASI)was significantly lower after the 4th week(8 times of treatment)than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment could effectively improve the skin lesions of patients with localized proliferative skin diseases.3.In this study, blood biochemical indexes were detected in 21 patients with localized hyperplastic skin disease. The peripheral blood eosinophil counts of all patients before and after treatment were in the normal range. There were 4 patients(including 1 case of psoriasis,2 cases of neurodermatitis, and 1 case of chronic eczema)whose serum Ig E detection value was higher than normal before treatment, and 17 patients were at normal level.4.Compared with before treatment, the skin disease quality of life index(DLQL)of the patients after the 4th week(8 times of treatment)was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment with acupoints could improve the quality of life of patients with localized proliferative skin disease.5.According to the follow-up observation, there was no significant difference in the follow-up scores between the 1st month(4th week)after treatment and the 2nd month(8th week)after treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of treating localized hyperplastic skin disease with needle injection was lasting and the recurrence rate was low. Conclusion The needle can effectively improve the itch degree, itch frequency and proliferative area of patients with localized hyperplastic skin disease, and improve the quality of life of patients. The best effective intervention course for three different types of localized hyperplastic skin diseases(including psoriasis, neurodermatitis, and chronic eczema)is 4 weeks. There was no significant change in physical and chemical indexes(including peripheral blood eosinophil count and serum total Ig E content)before and after treatment. In the treatment of localized hyperplastic dermatosis, the curative effect is obvious, the recurrence rate is low,the safety is high, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
